Asked them to cancel my $1000+ order after waiting three weeks for them to ship it. Their response? Ignore my email and create a shipping label. They won’t promptly return emails and they are unprofessional. Avoid!Edit — I received an unprofessional, personal email through Facebook Messenger from the owner 36 days after I asked to cancel the order. That’s the first message I received. 36 days. The owner is angry and belittling me for writing a review. He said — in my opinion — is that he’s voiding my warranty from now on.I called multiple times, emailed, and tried to get a refund through Shopify (where he sells). I simply had to wait until B.S. failed to deliver the supplies for 30 days before Shopify would help.I was an Uber and Lyft driver. I understand ticky-tac 1-star reviews. My criticism isn’t one of those. B.S. deserves a 1-star review.And I don’t trust B.S. to refund my money. That’s why I didn’t send it back — even though I went and bought another $1,000+ system while waiting for B.S. to send theirs. (Try Claw Hammer Supply, Spike Brewing, or SS Brewtech — no problems from them at all. Light years ahead of B.S.)One final thought, not boasting, but I’ve spent about $10,000 in the last decade on home brewing equipment. I’ve NEVER been sent degrading messages and emails, like the owner of B.S. sent to me, on over 100 different purchases from multiple vendors. Never have I written a 1-star review of them. This is one of the worst major purchases I’ve ever made in Home Brewing.

The Unibrau system works amazing! Because of my electrical capacity limit I opted for the smaller heating element, which slowed the process down just a little bit. Everything with the kit is professionally made and of very high quality. I would recommend the Unibrau system.I had a couple questions which were rapidly answered. Very nice equipment though, I had to pay for shipping on the controller unit ($400), and it took 4 months. My requests for instructions were blatantly ignored. Oh, and they don't tell you this, but never run the burners dry. They will explode!That being said, they have taken steps to try and make it right, so my rating is mostly based on the equipment.

Terrible experience. I ordered a system that costs over $2500 over two months ago. I received an email stating that they were having difficulty finding a container to ship the system from asia (so much for producing it in house") over a month ago to which I have received no updates. My first all in one, awesome brew system!!

I ordered a professional brew system from Steve, the owner of Brau Supply. On the second use, the heating element blew up and created a hole between the inner tank and the outer cooling jacket (I paid almost $5,000 or the system). We were very lucky no one was hurt. The owner promised for two years to replace the unit. I waited patiently and gave lots of leeway because it was during covid and because of his supposed difficulties with getting the parts manufactured. After two years, the owner went awol and would no longer answer calls. It was truly a let down as I thought he was an honorable and honest guy.

Love my Unibräu! I've had it for over a year now. It's well made, rock-solid and a joy to use. The Unibräu's allowed me to brew new beer styles and improve my beer taste! The price is reasonable for the system that you get and allows you to take your brewing to next level. It also makes brewing and cleanup soooo easy. Bräu Supply's provided great customer service and has designed an excellent system. I would recommend for any serious home brewer.
