I only used this company because my insurance company required it when someone hit me. It took several weeks for them to finally see me, and once I saw them they ordered parts and were supposed to call me in advance to fix my vehicle once they knew when the parts would arrive.We're now several weeks past that and have heard nothing, so I called them to see if my parts were in and they said yes, and are booked until late april, which will be 3 months since my accident when my insurance company originally contacted them.I asked why they didn't call me to schedule the appointment in advance of the parts arriving and they had no answer. I then asked why they didn't they at least follow up and schedule me when my parts actually had arrived, and no answer. The real answer as you can guess is simple: Neglect, disorganization and apathy.So now I am without repairs for several months because this company is too busy or lazy or disorganized to care about even attempting a simple followup.At this point even if their work is perfect I would not recommend using them. There are plenty of companies who know how to fix a vehicle, just go with one who will actually do what they say and not waste a quarter of a year making you wait. Who knows how long it would have been if I hadn't called them myself to demand answers.

The work performed was flawless and was done in a timely manner. My experience using Assured Concordia East was excellent and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone having insurance work done on their vehicle. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because of the amount of time it took for them to accept the car for repairs once the estimate was accepted by my insurance company. Very thorough, professional and excellent workmanship!

The repaired bodywork was amazing making the car look new again. Not only that, they cleaned my car inside and out. Very impressive indeed.And the staff were very professional and friendly.Yes, the get a 5 out of 5 star rating from me

I have been provided with good information and help to get my vehicle repaired due to hit and run. They tried and gave me time to assess promptly (for others needing months) to assess the damage. Once done, they contacted my insurance directly and dealt professionally so that I need not worry about details to deal with. I was expecting to get the repair done in one week but they completed in 2 business days to my complete satisfaction.

Excellent customer service! After a terrible experience with my insurance company they were super helpful, setup a rental vehicle for me on the spot and fixed my truck quickly. Not only did they do a great job, they also detailed my truck! Thanks so much!

I was treated with the utmost respect in a timely fashion. This is my 2nd time I needed car care, one due to hailstorm and other time for small accident. Both times the care and respect with great service from the staff and crew exceeded my expectations. I would rate this as a ten. I would highly recommend to others.

This is the third time I've used their auto-body repair services in the last 30 years. This last time was as good as the first time. The work is well done the first time, the staff are knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and friendly. Would not hesitate to use them again should other drivers continue to be reckless and irresponsible.
