I would say I had a WOW experience! The best food product and excellent service in GTA; I would say its a combination of quality and quantity. I would recommend TIFN Meals services 100% to everyone.

Have used TIFN Meals for a month now, monthly plan, and love it so far. Have had no issue with weekly delivery each week , my orders are filled accurately, and I really enjoy most of the meals. This has really helped me to eat healthier - a hectic work schedule frequently meant working later than planned, stopping for take out on the way home and making food choices that were not healthy. No more - now I know a healthy and easy meal is in my fridge waiting for me ! A godsend for a working person  who has no interest (or talent) in cooking

Going to the gym 3 times a week, I was on the lookout for something to complement my routine with a good diet. Tifn meals ticked all boxes in terms of it being healthy yet affordable so I decided to give them a shot. My experience so far has been nothing short of exceptional. The boxes are calorie-counted, and the food is not just healthy but tasty. But for me personally, the feature that tipped the scale in their favour was the friendly customer service. The guys are always willing to understand your situation and propose something that fits well with your needs. The scheduled delivery was on time and the driver was friendly too. Would buy again!

Good affordable weekly/monthly tiffin service serving Toronto/GTA. Their meals are simple, quite healthy, and great to taste. There's a home-made" feel to it. I have had very good experience with them. It's a professionally well-run service & the people running it are quite friendly. Their deliveries are quite prompt

I was sick a month ago, and heard about the service from a friend. Signed up for a week, and even though my health is better now, I have been continuing with the food. The food is amazing, but that aside, the portions are generous and the service is amicable. The team never ceases to put a smile on my face with their messages on delivery mornings!Coming back to the food, the spice level is optimal (not too spicy, which I like) and the variety is awesome. On to my fourth week now, and no dish has been repeated so far (and there are 8 dishes per week). They even gave me a monthly discount :)Attached a couple of pictures to share the portion sizing. The best service we couldve ever hoped for. Fantastic light homecooked Indian food, consistent delivery, great price. Thank you Ray and the chefs for all your hellp, hardwork and commitment to feed and nourish so many families in Toronto :)
