I've been coming here for a very long time and they are nothing but polite courteous great coffee Quick Service they make amazing lattes and they love my service dogs. They never gave me any problems about the breed. Cuz a lot of people are judgmental when they see a European Doberman. Or and an American Pitbull Terrier. People tend to get nervous when they see my dogs in an establishment but they are usually fully vested so you can see they're working dogs and when I don't have them vested it's because I've been going to an establishment for so long that everybody knows me and really I don't have to have my dog's vested it's actually for other people but. Nonetheless they never were judgmental they've always been super polite super courteous great service I love the place I wish it was open on the weekends LOL

This is the best coffee shop in town! Nothing better than a (wicked, homemade) soup and a coffee at lunch. The staff are cheery, the space is bright, and the baked goods are tasty. What more could you want?

Had a delicious scones and one of the best drip coffees ever here a few days ago!They also have a cold brew using Wolfhead's smoked coffee beans. While it wasn't my preference any coffee fan should give it a try!

Andrea and Crystal are an awesome team, providing great customer service and lots of drink options and baked goods, snacks or lunches. The atmosphere inside is really chill for meeting a friend for coffee, sitting and getting some reading or laptop work done, or just to step in for a minute to order during lockdown. This place really brings a lot to May Street, glad to have a solid business like this in the area.Just take note that they close by 3pm

My favourite local coffee shop! The atmosphere is very relaxing and a great place to have a conversation and meet with friends, family, or colleagues. It's also perfect if you want a quiet moment to yourself, as they have comfy seating with tables to relax and recharge. The owners are fun and friendly, and as skilled baristas they work tirelessly to make you your favourite coffee or tea drinks.There are always plenty of tasty beverage and pastry options to choose from, as well as snacks and light meal options prepared fresh daily, including vegan options. You can either eat in, or take your goodies to go.There is a selection of books and board games here, so if you're looking to unwind, those are available to you. Have a child? They have toys and kids books to enjoy as well, along with a private change table and a nursing space if you require.Up Shot Coffeehouse also has WiFi available, so if you're needing to pop open your device while you enjoy a tasty treat, you can do that too.There is also a selection of merchandise and products from other local vendors to choose from, so if you're looking for a gift for someone (or even yourself) then you have great options. They even do gift cards!Up Shot Coffeehouse is truly a gem in the downtown south end of Thunder Bay, so I would definitely come check it out!

Thunder Bay's best coffee shop. Friendly amazing staff. Absolutely amazing coffee and unique/delicious drinks. Always something new to have. Their desserts and food is mouthwatering! I always go back!
