Amazing customer service! We travelled from Ottawa to buy 2 bikes at this store. The owner, Talkena, went out of his way to get us the best deal on the bikes we wanted. Our purchases included bike fittings and their expert bike fitter, Simon, was superb. In my case, a special sized seat post replacement was needed. They found one locally, picked it up and had my bike ready to go with plenty of time for our drive back home. PLUS, Alex spent loads of time setting up our new bikes' tech with both the apps on our phones AND on both of our Wahoo Bolts. Nice to deal with a bike store that goes over the top to satisfy their customers' needs.

I was looking for a specific bike, and while they didn't have the exact spec in store, Talkena was more than willing to re-spec a frame with the geardrives to match the specifications I was looking for.Not only that, but he was extremely accommodating in trying to find a way to get the bike from Granby to Guelph, or at the very least drive it out to Ottawa.I didn't end up getting the bike as I found a used bike nearby, but I would highly recommend anyone who is in the near area to check these guys out! At the very least their customer service was great!
