Went to a two day conference focussing on Minecraft for education at this location – great experience. All Microsoft staff on site were helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgable about the Microsoft realm. The lunches they served were fantastic. All of the on-site peripherals needed to connect with the conference worked perfect.

This is the second time I have had a problem with logging into Microsoft's email with my password; a password I have used for months, have recorded on my computer in a secure place and know off by heart. Anyone else having this problem? I believe it is Microsoft messing with my account because I refuse to save my password, which in my opinion defeats the purpose of having a password.

They did a great job assisting in getting an old version of SQL up & running even though it was out of official support". I was hoping they would go the extra mile & they did. Just amazing! They definitely leave some of their competitors in the dust when it comes to actually trying to serve their customer. This really got my client out of a difficult situation."

Tried the 800 Canadian number but got fax like noise, so called directly their Mississauga office, and they gave me a refund right away. Windows was asking me to upgrade to Pro so I can do remote desktop thing, but it did not work. But I always had an understanding that Microsoft is unreachable and good luck with getting a refund, but it wasn't hard at all.

I purchased the Surface Laptop Go online with the extended warranty, matching mouse and the whole 9 yards...excited to receive it because it was my first Microsoft laptop purchase. The item arrived, and I started to set it up...got stuck in the middle of the setup because it was accepting my Wi-Fi password...after a couple of tries, I clicked on the show password icon and noticed the letter i" is missing. After a bit of troubleshooting

Very bad bad customer service. If i could give a 0 star I would. I was given a credit and expired without notice. I called into Microsoft. Got hung up one once. 2 hours on the phone 9 transfers and its between unknowledgeable reps of who can fix this. I am still on the phone and probably wont get anywhere. I asked for a manager and i get cold transferred to a sales rep

poor customer service-no resolution on tech help escalation-waiting from 15 days to receive help from data protection team. no call received. All calls go to Philippines and agents are like robots-no way to reach corporate office for help :(

Horrible horrible horrible!!! I have now spent 2.5 hours trying to get help. I’ve called 3 different numbers, have been disconnect 4 times and now sent to a store.I purchased a keyboard, mouse combo where the mouse has now become defected. I tried all troubleshooting steps, no change. It’s still within warranty, I’ve called and they told me I would need to ship the entire product back, pay for shipping (out of my pocket) and once they receive wait 7-10 business days for the new one to be delivered!!!!! Are you kidding me, what kind of service is this? You sell me a defective product and now want me to pay to send back and be inconvenienced? This keyboard and mouse is used for work, I can’t not work for 2+ weeks. Then I call back, go through a maze and am told to go to a store. What’s a store going to do for me and chances are they won’t even help and send me to warranty. What a POOR experience.

This corporation is taking its customer service and its customers as a complete joke. for over 5 months we've been trying to contact them (as all their stores remain closed and recently announced they're all closing permanently )about their Surface Book 2 which we purchased and under 6 months whole slew of issues bean to arise from screen burn in to loss of program, broken Keys from out of the box, damaged USB and USB C ports over heating and even fumes coming out from the vents.continuously they customer service agents would give us unhelpful advice and even with the complete warranty purchased they either say its only valid in store (Which are permanently closed) or that the warranty we purchased is fake and inst valid even though we have the receipt telling us that our only option is to keep it or to take a refurbished one which they cant confirmed if it was returned or damaged and repaired leaving us with a faulty device with no warranty, terribly customer service and basically wasting $3K on a laptop that broke with issues you'd expect out of a 3 year period not a 6 month one as well as another $300 wasted on an apparent fake" warranty. even after getting through with someone and creating a file

There is onsite parking and the location had easy access to main highways. They have a nice display of latest laptops and notebooks. There are three large rooms for conferences which I think can be combined into one large hall. There is also an on-site cafe but not sure if it is open to public.
