From Dimitri my dealer, to Devon and Dominik my purchase is seamless and my husband and I love going to see our people. John in the service department is knowledgeable and professional while being very helpful. Went to look at a G-Wagon on the lot and decided to peruse some of the front offerings. Salesperson walks past, I say hello and get glared at and passed up as he walks inside. Every time I have visited I have been met with very cold and disrespectful salespeople. Any perspective customer would be better off going to Continental Maserati or any other Aston dealer in Chicagoland.

Went to test drive the new vantages and Rich was super friendly, patient, and informative throughout the test drive. Then I got a pretty good offer for my old vantage (not the low ball offers from dozens of other dealerships) so I traded that car in. Overall, straightforward and transparent dealership with none of the snobbery. Would highly recommend

Professional and friendly staff. Went in to test drive a low mileage pre-owned DB9. We called the night before and then came in the next day or a few days later.The car sold in that time but they didn’t hesitate to put us behind the wheel of a brand new V8 Vantage and actually put together a pretty compelling lease option.I wound up going a different direction, but still have an Aston on my list so I’ll be back at some point.

Purchased a 2121 BMW X7. My salesman Dimitri was outstanding. I had already ordered a Lotus from him. He went out of his way to get deal done so we could take car for July 4th weekend. Everything was perfect. Ryan is finance was also outstanding. In and out quickly. One of the best purchases Ive had. Highly recommend. Be back at end of year for my Lotus.
