I came here before to use the service of Botox injection for my girlfriend and she really enjoyed it. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They did great on giving the treatment and also gave us lots of information and feedback regarding to the treatment as well as post care. I also bought sunscreen product from here which works great. All in all，I like my treatment being done here.

Dr Insley is first class when it comes to dealing with her patients. You can trust that she will offer you an honest opinion, and not just try to push treatments if it is not necessary. She takes the time to explain procedures and expected realistic outcomes. Dr Insley knows what treatments are best to target specific concerns She is very knowledgeable in skin care and the treatments they offer. I have never met a more pleasant and welcoming physician. I highly recommend her or any of her staff. I think one could probably sit down and have a cup of coffee with her and feel like your talking to a good friend!

Went into my Botox appointment a little nervous but as soon as I stepped inside I was warmly welcomed! Nurse Kara was extremely informative and happily answered all my questions. She also encouraged me to reach out to her if I had any questions or concerns after my procedure! It is very clear that they do what they do for you to feel and look your best without going over board. Highly recommend and will be going back!

Might sound weird but I’m really excited when I know my appointment is coming up! Dr. Insley has helped me unbelievably with difficult conditions to live with like Migraine and blepharospasms. I feel so blessed to have found her especially but also her great office family. I look forward to seeing you all again❤️

I visited Dr. K Insley for a consult to help with my aging skin. I've become unhappy with my complexion over the last couple years because of age spots, large pores and redness. Dr. Insley's team was super welcoming and the office was beautiful and had a very warm energy. Dr. Insley was friendly and very knowledgeable on my skin and what products would respond to my concerns. I went home with a new skin care routine that I've been using for 2 weeks and can already see visible results! I also booked in for another treatment and can't wait to return! I would highly recommend Dr. K Insley for all your skin care needs. I am definitely a returning regularly!

I love this clinic! I have gone to others in the past but Dr. Insley’s office is different! The staff are all so professional, but also friendly and accommodating. From calling the front desk, to getting the procedure, to walking out the door, my complete experience at Dr. Insley’s office was professional, welcoming, and friendly. I was greeted warmly by the great staff at the front, helped through my paperwork swiftly, and seated in the waiting area. Dr. Insley was very punctual, and I was impressed by her excellent chair side manner. She made me feel comfortable and seen. She was informed on all my options and let me make the best decision for my care. Her technique was flawless and I will definitely be going back.
