Ottawa Foundation Repair
No one comes close to their pricing in Ottawa. You get quality work with a great warranty. Yousef is a busy person, therefore; be prepared to wait a while to be scheduled in but you won't regret it. I had them repair a crack in my basement foundation from the inside with a polyurethane injection in 2018 and also repair a crack in the outside foundation in Aug 2020.I was very pleased in 2018 and again in 2020 for both repairs. Keep up the good work guys.

Ottawa Foundation Repair
I called around to a few other foundation companies and most didn't call back and others said they were booked for the next year. Yousef got back to me right away and was able to quickly fit me into his schedule!He took care of the hairline crack I had then he advised me on a couple other areas of my house I should keep an eye one. He even fixed another crack that was previously fixed from the outside above grade where the parging had cracked free of charge!I ended up opening the wall in the basement where he mentioned I should keep an eye on to see how bad that crack was and I'm glad I did. This one was much bigger than the last. Yousef was able to come back within days of contacting him to install some metal brackets to stabilize the crack and then he injected it.Very happy with the work done and have already recommended him to others!

Wow! Just a great experience overall. I was thoroughly impressed that we were able to connect through the e-mail on his site and once I supplied pictures a quote was quick to follow. Before we had a chance to finalize a date for the crack repair Yousef called me to indicate he was in my area and if I was free, he’d come by and complete the work. So, the work was completed faster than I had anticipated. On site Yousef was very personable and happily answered any questions I had about the process. I highly recommend his services.

Ottawa Foundation Repair
Yousef and his team did an excellent job installing weeping tile. Previously the basement was leaking and since being repaired it no longer leaks!!! Ottawa Foundation Repair, Yousef, were flexible to accommodate our schedule, they were dependable, price was reasonable and they worked safely. We would highly recommend Ottawa Foundation Repair.

We moved into a 100+ year old house 7 years ago and had no idea what we were in for. Yousef installed weeping tile around the back wall of our house. He did a great job!
