Booked an appointment for 9AM Wednesday July 6/2022 on Thursday June 30/2022. Took the morning off to meet a technician. Waited until 9:20AM on July 6/2022 to call AR Mechanical to see if they were coming. There was no answer so I left a message. No one got back to me. Don’t waste your time. Previous reviews likely friends and family of owners.

I cannot say enough positive things about AR Mechanical. They have helped us tremendously over the past several months, from diagnosing and repairing issues with our old boiler to installing a brand new system for hot water/hydronic heating that was better suited to our home and our needs. Everyone at AR is incredibly professional, friendly and very responsive, from the office staff to the techs/installers to the owner himself, who went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. I love to support local businesses and I am proud to support AR Mechanical - I would recommend them to anyone here in the North Bay area.

I experienced a great deal of trouble with my Reliance boiler at my triplex, which AR Mechanical replaced with a brand new system. Not only am I now saving money monthly with lower fees than Reliance, but with a locally owned business, the team is far more responsive and has provided me with same day service multiple times. They improved the heating for my building and my tenants are thrilled with the hotter water and better service. I was very impressed that the owner, Richard, called me directly to follow up with any questions and concerns, and to ensure that I was happy with the service. I'm grateful to be starting a new relationship with this business.

AR Mechanical was contracted by Reliance to install my new furnace, hot water and ac. They did the installation end of September 2022 and everything seemed fine. Until we got the warm weather and my ac unit wasn't working. I called Reliance who sent a technician who discovered my ac unit wasn't even wired in! They just tucked the wire insice my panel and left it there. Needless to say i was more than a little angry. Thankfully the Reliance tech was able to complete the work that AR Mechanical failed to do.

I was fortunate enough to win a heating cooling system in a radio contest that this company was so kind to give away, it was very much needed as my system was 42 years old. I wanted to give an honest and fair review and now that I have had this system now for a year I am able to do just that. To be honest it did take a while to get an appointment to have the unit booked but there was a huge back log of installs due to Covid and it was understandable that paying customers would be given priority. Everything was great from the very helpful admin who answered my many questions every time I called her to the techs that worked on the install. Both the heating and cooling work perfectly and we are very happy with their service and will continue to use this company for our yearly maintenance of the system. highly recommend this company and also upgrading your furnace if you have older ones as my gas bill is so much better since the upgrade!

Called to make an appointment. Pleasant voice told me that an appointment was not necessary. Dropped in today to return our rental hot water tank. Wow!! Service was so nice and quick ! Had a fellow from the back come to help me with the tank from my vehicle. All very professional and would highly recommend. If this is how they treat a real non client, then how would they treat someone that bought a service from them. I will definitely call these people when i need a furnace repair or install . Thank you so much for all your help today !
