never go or order from here, i can count on 1 hand how many times they got my order correct. delivering ice capps without straws, getting orders completely wrong, missing items. this location is a joke never go here.

Best customer service I have had in a long time when I passed by the drive through today, although it was busy. They made my order the way I asked for it (oat milk latte, grilled cheese and potatoes with ranch sauce), it was fresh, and the employees (both who interacted with me) had smiles on their faces and were extra nice! It honestly brightened my day to the point that it felt necessary to leave a positive review :)

I will stop going at all of the Longueuil area Tim Horton's ...why ? .They never have wath am asking for ,,,so I have to change my mind almost everytime and secondly ,at several times around 6:30 pm employees are inside with doors lock on,,, and it is impossible to have any drive true service neither .

Sometimes I get lucky with a decent service at a Tim Hortons but usually I'm not, and this was the case of this morning. I placed a mobile order and showed up at the drive thru for pick up. My surprise was that they were out of cappuccino ice, because they had NO ICE. I had paid with my app, and they could not refund me, so they offered something else in replacement. Offered some soft drinks, but the 2 first we chose were also sold out, got a diet coke in the end.One of the donuts we chose was also not available, but a replacement for that was not painful.After choosing all that, we were told to park in the back and they would bring us the food, once ready. Took over 20 min for us to get what we didn't want.In summary, we started the day not super happy...

It was my first time ordering here and I'm extremely disappointed. I ordered 4 items and they managed to mess up 3 of those things:they never gave me the cinnamon bun that i payed for, they gave me the wrong soup AND I don't even have an egg in my sandwich. What type of breakfast is this??? I'm usually not one to write bad reviews, but this is really not how I wanted to start my day off.

these guys are literally never open, they close at like 4 PM sometimes because they lack employees. I cant blame them though, since its next to a CEGEP (Edouard Mont-Petit) during school semesters, the line ups are INSANE. No one would wanna work there i imagine, too many clients during school months.SO go during off semester months, you will likely get better service. But the main issue is lack of employees, they have no one lol.

The black assistants need to pay attention to their attitude. They are stone-faced, and no eye contact with people even the clients were saying thank you to them. Very bad experience. The owner need to do something.
