I got my baby's ears pierced here today, the aesthetician (Steph) was very pleasant and patient. She was very professional and thorough with all the safety procedures and instructions. The baby earrings and products were very reasonably priced for the quality provided.

We had our daughters ears pierced here and by the time we got home after a couple hours the backing had fallen off and the earring fell out. The store did not care to help us or replace the earring, they do not stand behind their products. I would not recommend them!…It took this review and someone from corporate to fix the error of their product. This could have been very easily taken care of at a store level.

I absolutely had the best experience with Karen, who pierced my cartilage. In which she did an amazing job and was so patient as I am fearful of needles yet she made the process so easy. She was so caring and so gentle, I highly recommend going to Karen if you are looking for any cartilage piercings as she is very precise and takes her time! I am so happy with the end result ! Thank you Karen for an amazing experience!

Normally don't write reviews but had my ear re-pierced yesterday. The lady that performed the service (did not get her name-darn) was a cut above most people working retail. So absolutely pleasant, was a professional with her advice, comments and the ease she made me feel through the process. An absolute credit to her profession and would highly consider other services if she was to perform them. Even though not much of a makeup services person! My husband while waiting even commented how awesome she was.

I recently got my ears pierced here, and the staff are informative and nice. I received great service, and the earrings I got were beautiful. I totally recommend coming here if you're getting your ears pierced!

I got my ears pierced here, bought their clean liquid, clean everyday as required, took off the earrings after about 4 months (they said wait for 3 months), ears where still bleeding so I couldn’t put the earrings back on, waited for days to let them heal and the holes completely closed up!! I called the store told them I followed every step I was told and it didn’t work. Their only “solution” for me is going back and buy another pair of earrings so they could pierce me again!? Because the healing time could be different for everyone so this time maybe I should try to let it stay for a longer time like 5 months? First of all You didn’t tell me at the first place that it was possible they are not healing well in 3 months so some people need longer time than that, you told me 3 months, I did almost 4 months, didn’t work, did you give your customer fail guidance as a professional service provider? The second, I came to your place for ear piercing, not for your earrings, and you told me you can’t do it again unless I buy a new pair? Because you can “only” do piercing from the new earring box since they are not reusable, I can keep the old ones I have. Is it hard to understand that I don’t want to buy earrings from you I only need my ears pierced? Why would I keep buying from you while the service you provided was failing? I want service, not products, what am I gonna do with all the earrings I buy from you? I don’t need them. And I did actually pay for your service which didn’t even work, in that case shouldn’t you refund me first as your service failed? Why should I pay you again here? What did I pay for? Your earrings? I don’t need your earrings take them back. I don’t care how you do it like I buy earrings you give service for free or whatever, you are not a jewelry store you are a service provider, why would I come to you if not for the service? The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. No one would keep paying you if you couldn’t do your job properly and please give me my money back if you messed it up!

Karen did my four year old daughters piercing for her birthday, she was so kind and engaging with her and made it such an amazing experience for my little girl !!10000% recommend
