Great place to buy audio gear. I have purchased several sets of Campfire Audio IEMs as well as some other items from here and customer service has always been excellent. I had recently sent in a pair for servicing under warranty and the process was made easy. Their communication throughout the process was great. I highly recommend shopping here for your audio gear!

Came in to demo 2 sets of headphones. The gentleman I dealt with was very helpful and patient with my questions. The pair I ended up buying was going on sale the next month and he gave me the sale price anyways. Can't recommend highly enough.

I've been shopping here for years and have nothing but good things to say about Travis and Headphone Bar. I know that when I go I'll walk out with exactly what I need and nothing more. It's a huge plus to be able to demo gear for yourself before buying as it's easy to get lost in the maze of different reviews and impressions online. Headphone Bar is the only Campfire Audio distributor in Canada and I'm very grateful as they've been some of my best purchases. Highly recommended!

My number one place to buy anything audio related. The staff are super nice and always give recommendations on products or answer any questions you may have. Their inventory is incredibly expansive, including products from $100-$4000 and everything in between. Customer service is just fantastic, products are great and shipping is fast. Plus you get to support a local business. I have recommended many people here and will keep doing so.

The staff is really nice and helpful, the store has a nice return policy. Very happy about my purchase! As a bonus I got to try really expensive headphones! They sounded amazing :)

Been eyeing the Fiio M11s DAP on their website for some time. Finally stopped by today to get it. Travis was very helpful in answering my questions. He took the time to explain the device to me, despite the fact that I’m an absolute noob. Got home and tried the player. Omg, the sound is amazing! Totally blew me away. A very satisfied and enjoyable purchase! Will definitely return as I save up more to upgrade my living room.

I purchased the Focal Bathays headphones at the Headphone Bar on the weekend. I was researching what bluetooth headphones were the best and I was super excited to find out that I could try before I buy at their store (these headphones are not cheap). The service was awesome, the headphones are amazing and I'm happy to support a local business as well!

A very clean, organized, and friendly place! I was having some issues with my payment going through the website and the gentleman at the counter helped me every step of the way so I could pay for my new headphones. I forgot his name but he was super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this shop for your headphone needs!

I bought this for my brother. Its paint was peeled off a little bit since he got it. He emailed headphone bar and they told my brother to pay for the shipping cost. Then my brother asked than why he should pay for shipping due to headphone bar's mistake. no response at all.What do you feel if you received a damaged product? Then be asked to pay for shipping to exchange?
