Purchased deli sausage 2 times from this place and both times it was not fresh.1 month ago I had purchased jar pickles (average) nothing different from your regular pickles and chicken weiners I asked if they were fresh and was told that yes they are.Upon. Arrival at home they smelled funny we cooked them and 20 minutes later we where all sick including my kids. These things can happen I know.Last week we bought kolbassa and had it on the way home I was sick again. The facility does not seem to be clean and does not seem to have proper hand wash procedures.Stay away there is many better European places around there.

Very Nice store with large variety and selection of polish and Estern Eurooean Foods and other products.Prices are good, service was fast.Very inexpensive hot table for a quick lunch or takeout.Downside is a limited parking up front but there is plenty on a side and in a back.5 Stars hands down

It was ok but prices almost as everywhere......a bit of better product choice nice customer service parķing space around.Have a polish friend first time you go there, as many products have only labels in polish language.You will find a great choice of products, that are only there!Second, they offer some dishes/dinner for a very reasonable price, and all food is delicious, recommended by few people who were already there.Enjoy. Must a visit place!

The rudest service ever. No customer service from ladies working behind the register and deli counter. You're in Canada in 2023, not communist Poland 30 years ago. I'm Polish and try to support local Polish businesses in GTA, but from today I will not be going back to this grocery store.

This grocery store was previously known as Miami" - it was set up as a warehouse and ran by a Polish company. It was recently rebranded as "Alpha Foods" and it's currently ran by another Polish company.Since the takeover prices went sky high and all products are highly overpriced in comparison to other Polish delis.Service in Alpha Foods is very unpleasant and bordering on rude. I went there to buy some Ontario peaches hoping for a good deal. There were none. And no one to ask as cashier was eating her lunch. I proceeded to the deli section and while ordering there I asked if they had or will have peaches in a produce section. The response was: "How am I supposed to know? I just work here".The cashier finished her lunch and I asked her the same question when checking out. Her response was exactly the same as above with an added sarcastic suggestion to ask management (not present).I encourage you to visit there for the entertainment value only - live performance of how to be rude to your customers. Alternative reason for a visit there would be to familiarize yourself with a live skansen of socialist etiquette of behaviour in commercial setting.As for me - I went shopping there twice : first and last. There're so many Polish delis in the area with much lower prices and smiling

Great store with tons of products from Poland and other parts of Europe, as well as some local stuff.I find the pricing to be reasonable. In fact, they often have some very good specials like jars of really good mustard for under $1.Yes...many of the products have labels that are only in Polish. For this reason, if this is something you can't understand, make sure you install the Google Translate app on your phone and use it to translate labels (or, of course you can still ask for help).Overall, a great place to shop.
