Papa John's Pizza

Ordered a ultimate Hawaiian and if this is how they do the toppings I'll never order from them again. Very cheap on the amount of toppings. Had one slice with no pineapple!

i have ordered from this location twice, both times I was physically ill. First time i violently threw up under an hour after eating the pizza and the second i woke up in the middle of the night and was again throwing up. I called the store to let them know, i was met with aggression and they blamed me for being sick... left a complaint with corporate, the owner called me and did the same thing. i threw out the pizza i had spent my valuable money on (i am a student at trent so i rarely order out) with only one piece missing. I got zero compensation or reassurance. Very disappointed as Papa Johns used to be a family favourite for years... thought they had better customer service than this.

Update: 1 to 2 stars.Just spoke to manager of this location and she was extremely helpful. Communication from management team is excellent but needs work on the front lines. Not everyone will have a terrible experience, in fact I had good ones many times previously. Yet this one was negatively notable.Original post:Just had some terrible customer service from a young girl named Payton and the current staff working with her at this location. Showed her my receipt for the 2 dipping sauces I ordered and she claimed it was false and I wouldn't be getting any. Interesting when I have physical proof of the order... she then proceeded to tell me I could 'wait until until close at 1am' and I still wouldn't get any. All that for 2 dipping sauces. Went to other Papa Johns on Landsdowne East and they immediately handed me 5 dipping sauces as soon as I walk in the store and told them. Manager named Jessica at the Landsdowne East location is very nice and has excellence customer service. After first experience wasnt interested in eating at a Papa Johns again but Jessica changed our minds and going forward we will only order at her location.

This restaurant is my first choice when I want to order a pizza. The staff is also very friendly and the restaurant is clean, so everyone can enjoy fresh food in this place.

One big complaint.Thin crust is only available as a large pizza?!Really dumb, this has prevented me from ordering from here several times. So, I will go across the road to Pizza Nova, I can get a thin crust medium there.

Trying out most of the pizzas in Peterborough, I tried Papa John's pizza tonight, using Ubereats app. I ordered custom pizza with beef, spicy Italian sausage, peppers and many more ingredients, with Alfredo sauce base.It was the worst pizza I have tasted. There was NO taste, no flavour, hardly any meat that I could count tiny pebble sized few pieces scattered, tiny bit of cheese if you can call it mozzarella, big thick circle of bread was all I could literally see.For $56, for a 16 inch pizza, it was not even worth the garbage bin space. I hope this review teaches them that you cannot just serve piece of tasteless blob for a decent price and get away without facing consequences of a real review as i am also a chef with 35 years of global experience.

The person who took my order was very friendly and she made good pizza tooMonday is the best day to order pizza!

I just talk to the guy on the phone told him about my complaint he said you didn’t order from us you ordered from the Skip so you should call them well Skip didn’t make my food you guys did. It was a bunch of leaves and hair on my chicken wing.

First, the delivery person was very polite. So 1 star. He seemed apprehensive but I figured he had a lot more orders to get out so I dismissed his nervousness. The pizza was in the shape of a pizza so I gave another star for that. After the transactions were done and the delivery person left ... in a hurry, we took our pizza into the kitchen and found that the pizza had been over-cooked and burnt on the entire edge of the pizza. Obviously, someone wasn't watching the time. We also ordered Garlic Knots and they were also burnt on the bottom. This was our first time ordering. I ordered a 4 topping pizza and found the toppings were sparse compared to other places I've ordered ... Pizza Hut, Boston Pizza, Domino's, 241. I'm sorry, but if you're going to serve pizza you better be better than the other guys. Not even close. I'm holding off on ordering again for a while.
