I booked my appointment at 1:00pm. But it is closed and no one informed me at all!!!!

It has really been a very bad experience in this office. On January 16, we went to get my son's passport, we filled out all the applications and the photo was delivered. A month later they called that they needed my passport number, we came back and they told us that it was the Canadian passport, which I don't have yet. The girl who served us said to leave that part blank. My husband called again weeks later and they told us that it had to be someone with a Canadian passport and that we had to bring a new photo because they couldn't use the one that was there because it had my signature. We do the whole process again. We always tell them that we were traveling on March 16, because today they tell us that it takes one more week and if they send it to the emergency room we have to pay an additional 45 dollars. In other words, between the photos that we took twice, the payment for the same passport, the gasoline for the times that we have had to return and now they tell us that we have to pay more, because of a mistake that is theirs. Honestly I am very disappointed I saw this only way to vent

Took my mum here to get some information. The staff was so lovely; very helpful. The wait wasn't very long, and the whole visit was very efficient. Note: office is at the side of the building.

Went today for my passport renewal , I received excellent service by a lovely young lady who helped me fill in some spots I had missed on my application . Thanks

Apparently there is one printer in whole office, and if you are lucky it may work. Came all the way from stittsville to find out that one printer that the whole office is dependant on is not working. Unbelievable that the government has made so many cuts they cant afford another printer in this day. It is unfortunate and sad to see such day.

Excellent staff, from the commissionaire to the agent lady that helped me.I arrived without an appointment at opening (09:00) and there were 3 people in front of me also without an appointment, a couple of people showed up with appointments and we helped quickly. The commissionaire kept the line outside informed where they were at in terms of time. The line quickly disappeared. The lady that helped me was very pleasant to deal with and kind. The only complain is the policy of only allowing 3 persons inside the building. Otherwise excellent experience. Thank you.
