Twice I have been there, placed and paid for our order, only to stand there and wait while the people who came in after me received their orders...I had to tell them I was still waiting several minutes before I finally got my order...it was 1" drink..."

Ordered Small green tea and sausage farmers wrap.Got everything cold in the wrap and no eggs in the wrap.Such a waste of money!!!

Food is always rushed, Tim Hortons is now about speed of service over quality of food. Often times food is made wrong, donuts are cold (like out of a fridge?) and coffee is subpar

Usually a good place to go, I've been a regular for 10 years. Not sure why, but lately the servers on some nights on the drive through have been short on patience. Normally very friendly here, and why is the bathroom always closed now?Update, the bathrooms appear to be open again. Thank You.

Went through Drive Thru. The workers use a black tray to hand you what you ordered. The workers being very ignorant hit my car door. And its not just the first time it happened it happened multiple times. Pure disgusting wont be going through drive thru ever again! Unless you want your car door scratched/ damaged please go there!Just ignorant workers who don’t CARE. Very PATHETIC

Ordered a BLT at the drive thru. Several KMs later, I opened the bag to find a bun with bacon and mayo on it. No lettuce, no tomato. Come in now, it can't be THAT hard? I mean, the ingredients are *right* in the name BLT". Who orders just a "B"??? Waste of time and money."

Tim Hortons has really gone down hill since it became American. This particular location has had issues with its washrooms being closed constantly and with excessive lines at the drive thru

After ordering in drive-true the worker at the window had no clue how the tims app worked, after receiving the drinks the order was not correct. I asked for a TT with milk but I was given cream instead. After returning to the tims to have my coffee fixed I faced the same issue as before and there were coffee grounds in my coffee that I was ingesting. I then had to return to the location for a refund. I will not return to this location.
