Been to this location twice and have had amazing experiences with both the nurses who have taken my blood. I’m not great with blood work and they made sure I was taken care of, comfortable, and distracted. Dropped 1 star for the long line to stand in when signing in but other than that, this is my go to place now for getting blood done

Home lab is run by an incompetent person. Supposed to have someone come today, didn't bother to come. Emergencies happens but you send someone, people count on you to have their blood work done.

Do not get blood work done here. The girl jabbed me with a needle 3-4 times very hard and still didn’t get any blood from me. Other nurses have been able to do it my whole life. Went there for nothing and left with a painful bruise. The girl didn’t even apologize. Awful. Go to Dynacare -employees are much more incompetent

I walked in for blood work, headed to 3rd floor as per the signs. There was a 0 minute wait time. The staff there is very professional and friendly, Emanuel did my blood work with a lot of patience as I asked him countless questions. I signed up online to get my reports. The reports are available within 24 hours!

This place is well run. Both the lady at the desk and the nurse taking blood were both very nice and very professional.Went there around 1 pm and out 25min later.

Michael was incredibly nice. Unfortunately I have difficult veins and he wasn’t able to draw blood but he was so incredibly pleasant. 5 stars all the way.
