Staff is amazing and tends to ur needs, front desk is always welcoming upon arrival. Place is very clean and has great clam music playing to assist in deepening ur relaxation. Would definitely recommend!

I received a massage from Kedia Fullerton. She was extremely educated in her massage practice and completely customized my experience by asking questions and focusing on the areas that needed it the most. I felt very relaxed and taken care of. I thoroughly enjoyed my 1 hour massage. I highly recommend services from Kedia and this location!I look forward to continuing to see Kedia. Thanks girl!

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a massage place especially for the ridiculous price they're charging. J K really stuck up therapist and made sure to ruin my experience. I was a former member back in 2017 - 2019 but cancelled membership because Massage Addict kept canceling appointments last minute or a few hours before.Well I received a gift certificate for Christmas so I decided to book Jan 4/2023 for Jan12/2023 and when I woke up in the morning I had a email yet again cancelling the appt with no reason. I called the location and the reception lady says the therapist couldn't come in or something and my appt had to be cancelled and they didn't have anyone else to see me. I mentioned to the lady if I had cancelled on them last minute id be charged full fee and asked what do I get now that they cancelled? Well the rude receptionist says you don't get to come in" and kind of laughed which was not at all funny for someone that has back pain and needs massages.In 35 massage appt they have cancelled 10 times on me which is very high. I actually just looked through all my bookings with them to count. What I couldn't see was If I had cancelled any of those appt as I think 1 may have been me but I generally don't cancel massages. So even if 1 was me it's still a very high cancelation percentage.I have received many many massages since I hurt my back in 2005 and have never encountered anything like this."

I had a great first experience coming into the Massage Addict. My mother goes to the Scarborough location, so I figured it was time to get my butt out to the one closest to me.Hilary was my RMT and I'm beyond happy with my first appointment. I'm now entering the thrid trimester of my pregnancy with Sciatica and Hilary gave me great pointers on how to help releive the pain for the time being. She was incredibly kind and was great at guiding me through the process as this was also my first ever massage. I felt comfortable the whole time and refreshed coming out of my appointment.

Kyle was very attentive to the issues I was having with my back. Took time to ask some questions about why I was there and made sure to go above and beyond what I wanted. Had knowledge about why my back hurt and asked if he could do more for me.Great time. Relaxing. 10/10

5 ⭐️’s my therapist name was Carmen and I’m not sure why she wasn’t booked up until the end of the year! Usually I come from a massage with pains from the pressure but today no pains from pressure but all of my sore muscles and pains were worked out completely that I was so relaxed I started snoring. Exceptional service from we entered the establishment with the warm greeting and customer service keep up the good work ladies !
