I stopped by to get a logo for an upcoming event stitched on a hat. I tried creating the stitching file myself. (Spoilers I did a terrible job of it). I was working with Keith and he was awesome! He was patient. Even though he knew it wouldn't go well he gave it a shot anyways. Super friendly and awesome service. I ended up getting it sent away through lids when mine inevitably failed. When it came in Keith happened to be the one working again and he was quick and efficient. My friend also ended up getting the same logo done the same night. 10/10
