I always love A&W but this place especially looks beautiful, clean and sleek. It looks like it has just opened. Staff was very friendly as well, and that definitely impacted the atmosphere. The coffee was good and warm, and as always affordably priced. Beautiful view of the mountains! This spot if definitely recommended if you're on the road to the mountains or stopping for gas. Toilets were very clean as well.

We just ordered 2 mozza burgers. Both me and my girlfriends burgers tasted like they were steamed or even boiled first before throwing it on the flat top. I work in a kitchen and I know what fresh burgers taste like. These weren’t what a&w burgers are like either way. Please get new staff because our food wasn’t worth 30+ dollars. Will be returning soon and hopefully the burgers aren’t bad next time.

Very slow service. Plus the lady was rude because they didn't give our order fully and we asked for our missing items. Please, please train the staff properly and to be courteous to customers.

Rude/untrained staff,horrible food, slow/unresponsive service!We were just here, made us wait 15mins, only to be insulted and serve with horrible quality food!-Rude staff: insulted my wife in Filipino language thinking that I wont understand it.-Untrained staff: made us wait 10mins without informing us of the delay and when we ask, the guy insulted and laugh at my wife instead of explaining the delay. Proceed to tell us 5mins more. Served us melted Root Beer Slush after 15mins.Low Food Quality: My rootbeer slush taste like syrup only and not mixed properly, doesnt even taste like root beer, vanilla ice latte and hot latte taste like water. ALL THREE DRINKS WERE UNDRINKABLE! Wasted $$Speed very slow: made us wait 15+mins

Omg. The menu is blinking and changing constantly that it is hard to make a decision. We asked for a held menu but they only had pictures, albeit bad pictures, of their hamburgers. It did not have ingredients listed and when asked the cashier he did not know either. Crazy way to start our vacation in Canada. Next…
