Sleep Ezzz Mattress Express

Second visit to Ezzz in last 10 years. Went back because we liked the experience. Recently we were greeted by Mike Poole from the cambridge store and he was awesome. He asked questions, listened to our concerns/desires and pointed us to the product we ended up with.Super happy with what we got and very grateful for the expert service we received. A rare commodity to come by a sales specialist in an age of digital sales.

Worst place ever. The owner Steve as we were told is the rudest person ever started yelling at us and hanging up the phone. We were told there was a return policy of 14 days but when you try to use it they said no. Our mattress was falling apart after two days of sleeping on it. Please go some were else. The customer service was the worst ever and spending 4000 on a mattress and frame. We were told you can't sit on a bed only quickly lay down on it. They why your mattress fell apart... so if you get a adjustable bed they are not ment to sit up in only lay down. They are so nice at the start but then it changes very quickly

The guy who served us was beyond kind to us and our budget. He was knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions, and didn't make us feel embarrassed or anything that we couldn't afford the more high end mattresses. The whole process was easy and quick and we left with a new mattress to be delivered in a few weeks! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a mattress!

He will sell you his cheap mattress for $399.00 that is advertised on the billboard and tell you that a lot of his landlord" clients buy these beds. No more than 4 -6 weeks later

I checked 2 stores in kitchener before going to Sleep Ezzz. Best price and best customer service experience when comparing to other two shops. The owner and the employee(Robin) really helped me to get good mattress and box spring in good price. I strongly recommend this shop.

We had amazing customer service at Sleep Ezzz. My mom needed a new mattress and bought a Tempur pedic which is excellent quality. Dan was very nice, professional, and went above and beyond to help her find the right one. We are happy with the excellent customer service! I will definitely recommend to family and friends.Thank you very much Dan!

We went into the store this past Wednesday 22 June 2022. during the afternoon hours to look at possibly purchasing a mattress, of course. The sales person, who I believe was also the owner, was not only pushy but also arrogant and rude. I really hope he was the owner because if he is simply an employee he should be shown the door and the unemployment office without a second thought. FYI ...whoever you might be, we went elsewhere within the hour and purchased the exact same bed for $100. less.Just one further concern I have......why can't I rate you a zero star rating ?

Worst person I have seen in my life. Steve. Cheater no.1. Never recommend anyone to but from here. If you come here , do bargain because there guys are cheater.

I intended on leaving a 5 Star but removed one due to the customer service of the delivery men. They initially parked blocking all in and outing traffic from my high rise, I tried to speak to explain where my unit was they closed elevator door and proceeded to just leave it in hall by the elevator on my floor and come back down for rest while it was unattended. They also pulled the mattress on floor and yanked on the plastic covering telling each other to bend it until it fit.Other than this the store it self was great to deal with. My spouse and I had a list of markers and budget we wanted to meet. Dan left us to view store once over prior to approaching us, immediately asked our needs budget and more. He allowed us to ask more than enough questions on the durability, warranty and more. Also let us test the beds and have time to discuss it over. He was able to accommodate we meet our needs and above while keeping us within our limit and didn't treat us poorly like a store before when we asked about flyer products.Overall Dan was great and we would recommend this store to others we would just give disclosure that that delivery team doesn't have the greatest people skills and seem rushed.
