Genuine great company most bad reviews seemed to be user error. I ordered to axle backs for me and my buddy and they adjusted my order accordingly after forgetting to add on mufflers on top of that shipping was delayed due to fabrication problems and the person who emailed me back explained that very well and along as fixing my order I have had a very positive experience with this company. I am excited to get my exhaust soon and keep on ordering from your team

I was skeptical at first after seeing all the negative reviews for FT86 Motorsports, but went ahead and ordered anyway since they’re the only shop that had the item I was looking for. Unfortunately an employee sent the wrong item, but Sylvain was good at responding and offered me a couple options. I returned the product and received a full refund including shipping. I didn’t feel he was rude at all and based on the Google reviews, this should’ve been a situation where he would be “rude” and “unprofessional”, however none of that came through our conversations.

The worst experience i have ever had with any company spent almost 2k messed up 80% of my order and get a reply of I'm confused" when you ask a simple question. didnt ship over 1k of parts because the order wasnt completed even tho it says on the site they will partially ship items. The owner is an a hole and knowingly shiped 2 low beam led kits when i ordered 1 low and 1 high beam kit when i asked for the right ones they said its discontinued 3 weeks after placing the order. Then they sent the wrong axle back exhaust. They are THIEVES!!!!!!"

A huge asset to the 86 community. I still remember having to drive to the US border to pickup car parts before discovering FT86Motorsports. They manage to bring things in cheaper than elsewhere in Canada and even cheaper than buying through the US - without having to make border drives or pay duties and brokerage fees. I've been buying from them for years but only learned last week that they can even source stock parts for cheaper than elsewhere when I was shopping for a fresh set of OEM iridium spark plugs. Thanks again!

I cancelled my order and they confirmed it about two weeks ago. I cancelled it because it was taking so long to be processed, but I had no problem with it as it was stated that it’d take a few weeks.However, I have not yet received my refund after two weeks of cancellation. I emailed them to check on the refund, and all they had to say was “it has been done from our side”, and stopped replying after.I contacted my credit card company as well as paybright, and both of them told me that the order has not been cancelled by the merchant.This company is rather a scammer, than being unprofessional.Avoid this scammer at all costs.Edit : I just checked with paybright again, for the third time now, and they confirmed me that the order has still not been cancelled by the merchant. I don’t think my review is unfair. Other than a little misunderstanding, that was quickly rectified, my experience with FT86 has been totally positive. My first order with my short shifter and some other things came quickly and without any issue. I've also been inquiring about their in-house UEL headers, they answered all my questions right away, was very upfront with the delay of manufacturing, and was confident in sending me my headers by my trip to the Tail of the Dragon. All in all I've enjoyed dealing with FT86.

By far the most snot-nosed and insulting service" I have ever received

Terrible business. Ordered from here months ago, the ETA consistently changed so I just canceled my order and requested a refund. Was told I would get one mid January. Called numerous times today, was hung up on twice. Constantly disrespected and lied to when finally reaching someone, they proceeded to tell me they were ignoring me. Never use this business.

Amazing above and beyond service, speed, and part availability!Not sure why they have bad reviews on Google but they save me and my friends often!Repeat customer here!
