I’ve been coming here since 2014 to get various ear piercings and my bellybutton pierced. All my piercings I have gotten done here have healed beautifully; and the one time I go elsewhere I get an infection. As to why I give this place four stars and not five is because depending on the staff, I sometimes feel unwelcomed here. But I will always continue to come to Planet Silver for any future piercing. Lots of cute jewelry that’s actually good quality here too!

I have been getting my piercings here for years! Every single piercing I have has been done here (navel, septum, industrial, helixes, nipple) and they were all pleasant experiences. I never felt like they rushed, always took their time with me and explained things really well. Also, always open to questions/solutions and so so incredibly kind, professional, and sanitary. I have never had an issue with any piercing from them.I recently got a nose piercing at another establishment (first mistake) and they pierced it wrong. I Immediately came here and they were so eager to help and it came out better than I imagined. Always amazing hospitality!Thank you guys :’)

I had 3 cartilage piercings done in one day and I didn’t have to make an appointment. Great staff, great service and minimal pain. I will be back for more. I recommend this business to anyone who knows what they want and wants it done now!

I initially came here to have my navel pierced, but ended up going to New Tribe Tattoo & Piercing as it was a whim decision and heard great reviews. It ended up getting infected and I am still waiting for them to get back to me and rectify the issue.However, I am pleased with the detail, care, and information that I received from Matthew and his staff who were able to assist me and get my healing back on track by providing me with the correct jewelry and cleaning information, so I can get back into a healthier space. I just went in for a check-in and within 3 days I can see a huge difference from how it was when I initially came in.I am now going to get all my piercings and recommend others to go there as it has made an unfortunate situation and better one.

I came in for a tattoo with Mo, he is such a good artist. Mo did all of my friend’s tattoos and they are aging beautifully.I ended up getting a helix piercing too. Shoutout to Mathew - he is knowledgeable and super accommodating. He took his time answering all of my questions, helping me pick the best piercing, and explained all the aftercare. Best part: I barely felt any pain. He is my new go to piercer. They also have a great selection of jewelry.The staff here is amazing. If I could give more stars I would.
