Went in on a Friday when they are supposed to be open til 9pm (I think), by the store was half closed at 7 because the owner of the franchise called and told them to close up since they weren't busy, thankfully I got there before everything was put away.I'll go to the one on Mayor McGrath only from now on. I know it wasn't the person who was working that made the decision, but if their boss can't handle a few days of it being slow when they are on a main road in the city then I'm not sure what to tell them. Not only is it not fair to their customers, but it's also not fair to anyone who loses hours because of the franchisees decision.

The two ladies working tonight made the best damn sub I've ever had. They apologized for the wait as there was a family of 5 ahead of me but they crushed it! Happy to wait for great service like that! THANK YOU

Subway coupons are the best coupons you can get !! They use to be better .... this location is newer very clean friendly staff. Always good food, great for lunch times. Fast, light, delicious

A foot long egg and ham sub is $8.99 but this subway continues to overcharge customers. They will ring in a foot long ham at $8.99 and add egg for $2.65. If you don’t notice this right away you will be ripped off.

At the scenic north location, they are always very slow and understaffed. It would be faster for me to drive to the south side subway and come back to my house on the north side

I visited for breakfast. On top of the breakfast sandwich taking the artist a suuuuper long time to make, the coffee had not been brewed so I opted to forgo it instead of waiting the extra few minutes. That should be the first thing you do!!

Employees was not in a good mood, wasn't really listening. I asked for 3 veggies, she got one right without me correcting her. I ask for barley any mayo and she loaded it on.Think I'll do down the road to the next one

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!I went here for a healthy dinner and wanted something low carb. I decided on a spinach salad. When I asked for a salad the worker started grabbing lettuce and I asked for no lettuce. She replied You have to eat lettuce in a salad" EXCUSE ME?? I do not have to eat something I do not want to eat? I asked again if there was a way or if it would be an uncharge. Nope not an option. I was forced to eat lettuce so I walked out and got a spinach salad from another place. I will not be going back. JANUARY 22 ~5PM"
