I received my order with the item and original boxes damaged and yet the shipping box in perfect condition. Now your customer care is telling me I have to pay to return the item? What kind of business is this ? I will never order from you guys again.

Great store they are legit. The customer service is actually really good with responses to emails and they speak and read perfect English....bonus points for that. My only concern is I don't think there are returns so make sure you order your size correctly. But they ship really fast . The items professionally packaged and always dead stock mint condition new. So if youre a collector like me it's a good spot. Crazy deals . Best Nike products provider I have found online .

I love the sneakers beautiful and comfortable but the delivery time sucks and the communication to check the status of my package was bad cause when I tried to check the status of my order they said that there was no package with the tracking number I gave them which makes me think that I was scammed. It makes my pressure go up.

I really wanted to give them a better review, but also felt compelled to share my experience. I ordered a pair of sneakers on sale - when they arrived - they were not the shoes I had ordered. When I contacted the owner, it appeared they had switched my order with someone else's. I initiated all of the contact (wrong order, follow-up, suggestions on how to remedy), and to no avail - they never were transparent with what happened (Were the shoes being mailed back? Did the person decide to keep them?) and refunded my money after my following up again and again. I want to support local but every time I do - something like this seems to happen :(

My son absolutely loves his Air Force 1. He walked to the mailbox the minute it was delivered. He is a size 14 so its very difficult to find him Jordan's in this size. I came across this company who is located in Canada so I don't have to pay ridiculous US prices. Delivery was amazing. I got it in 2 days. Very happy I found these guys and will be definitely buying more shoes down the road!

I really like this website. I've ordered a bunch of stuff. Just wish certain things they show on there would actually be on there not when you click and it says unavailable. Also wish the delivery time was a little quicker. But all said and done. Great products I will definitely keep using this site. Thank you very much!!
