Wellwise by Shoppers Drug Mart – Corporate Office

I am and have been a customer at shoppers drug mart …2901 Shepard ave east since the location opened. The location has recently changed owner/operator and the service is now gone to the dogs. My daughter went to the location after 6 pm yesterday (sept 26/2022) to pick up my medication and drop off new prescription. The attending staff was rude and refused to take my new prescriptions. I called this morning (sept 27) to speak with the manager she has not called me to clear ant misunderstanding.I am prepared to move all my prescriptions to another drugstore.Thank

Mostly basic on experiences in shoppers the pharmacy is horrible. Trying to call head office is easily a 40min plus wait time. Then when you make compliments your not given a timeline on roughly how long it could take. Another waiting game. Also that's after calling and emailing the original store with issues. Only to have them not responded to you at all if they come into work. For that reason I try to stay away from this store.

This review is for Jay the manager at Shoppers Drug Mart at 333 Dundas st. Woodstock Ontario.Because of him I will never go to another Shoppers Drug Mart again.My family and I have been great customers of this store as well as many other Shoppers Drug Mart stores for the last 10 - 20 years. We are optimum point collectors and we use all of our pharmacy services here, as well as get our groceries.Unfortunately today I was kicked out of the store for trying on a knee brace before attempting to purchase it by the store manager Jay.Yes, that’s right. Kicked out of the store for trying on a knee brace.I have never been kicked out of a store in my life. I go in, keep to myself, complete my purchases, and get out.There are plenty of other pharmacy’s and stores around who know how to treat their good customers well. What goes around comes around Jay.I won’t be back.I will tell everyone I know not to go to your store because of how you treated me. Nor will I ever go to another Shoppers Drug Mart again.Congratulations Jay and Shoppers Drug Mart.You lost a great customer.I wouldn’t be surprised if you lose more.

I am a 1st time user of Wellwise online. The experience will be the last. I’m no stranger to making purchases online from various well known, reliable companies. I am an intelligent, mature person The only way to leave a review here is to click a star. There are no stars for this company! Ilive in London, On. Products were ordered Feb.26, 2023. The order was NOT filled correctly. I begun the return process. Gruelling. Unnecessary. Terrible. Numerous emails & case numbers. Phone calls. Talking to a different person from SHOPPERS ( not WELLWISE) each time. Some agents are rude. One hung up on me I’m assuming because she did not know how to manage my concerns.The products were finally sent back for return on Mar17, 2023. Canada Post confirmed the package was received by WELLWISE on Mar 22, 2023. Someone confirmed that 3 separate times when I called. Today is May 2, 2023. I continue to call, email & WAIT for for any sort of correspondence from WELLWISE & my refund of $96.00. I feel WELLWISE has committed fraud & stolen from me. Terrible customer service. It’s non existent! No wonder there is no direct way to communicate with WELLWISE. I’m disgusted. Issue my refund WELLWISE thst is long overdue what your written statement indicates. SHAME ON YOU!

strange the Shopper's form ask do you want a flu shot and Covid shot at the same time, filled out yes, that didn't help! We only got confirmation via email for the flu shot, seems like a very poor online system they setup. I called and the pharmacist said when we arrive ask if they have any Covid shots, really!!!

I have been waiting for 6 weeks for a return shipping label to be sent to me. Yes - 6 weeks!!! Most companies generate return labels within seconds. I have called customer support twice and have reached out to the returns department three times. I have also reached out to a member of the Shoppers Drug Mart senior leadership team (with no response). I will NEVER shop with wellwise again. Customer support has been deplorable and unacceptable. I can't even give my rating one star but I had to in order to post this comment.

Awful customer service / online support. Countless phone calls, emails, social media messages, apologies, and no solutions. Their website support is absolutely terrible. Their agents only know how to follow a script, provide troubleshooting steps and apologize. Escalating" a case does nothing. Supervisors do not contact you

I ordered products online last month, all of which expired in less than a month, which was not enough time to use them. It took weeks to receive a return label despite multiple calls, emails, and hours spent on hold. Confirmation that the items were returned was received 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received a refund. After more emails and calls, Wellwise is still saying they didn’t receive the items back. I will never be ordering from this company again. Poor customer service, products, and overall lack of communication, follow-through and organization.

My spouse, my niece and my son all use Shoppers Drug Mart in Trenton, Ontario and Belleville , Ontario.Recently we have had a series of medical issues in our family that have caused us to frequently use the drug stores.I have had to pick up prescriptions for three family members. What a joke.The Shoppers in Belleville has horrible wait times. Prescriptions put in by the hospital to be picked up ASAP due to my nieces inability to drive after surgery took 3 hours to fill after the hospital was told 30 mins. TWICE this happened both times after surgery.The Trenton Shoppers seems to be out of meds for some reason. My spouse was unable to get all his pain medication because the pharmacist decided to over rule his doctor. Once that was straightened out, they were unable to give him the full prescription which results in me having to leave him unattended while I make a second trip.The straw that breaks it all is my daughter in law who has a sick toddler and a new baby, gets antibiotic for the toddler and they can only give her enough for a couple of doses because they seem to be out of stock. (Surprise)She calls them because she needs the remainder to give her son his doses on time so they tell her they can do that. Then they call her back telling her that they didnt have it after all and that she will have to drive to Belleville,a 25 minute drive, to get the remainder. Disgusting!They are ALL changing pharmacies and they and myself will make sure we tell our bad experiences to everyone who will listen.Walmart Pharmacy will hand you a beeper and you can pick up your prescription within 30 mins. They have been my pharmacy for numerous years and I have never had them run out of meds nor have I every had to wait more than the the time they have told me and. Pretty bad when a retail chain store is better than a store that calls itself a pharmacy.

Head office is not accepting calls right now. Hmmmm I wonder why? Is it because they are tired of dealing with complaints about their stores. The lies and mistakes that their retail stores make everyday which affects customers. Very poor customer service and the mistakes that the pharmacy at Westway Plaza makes on a regular basis is crazy. Then they try to gaslight you when you call them out on it. This company used to be reputable. How it's pathetic
