An absolutely wonderful experience! I found this company by luck through Google search in my neighboring communities (support local!) -- and right off the bat, my e-mail inquiries were handled quickly and with a friendly flair. Dealing with Leslie for the booking/admin side and Chris for the install side was an absolute pleasure. The installers came on time, got to work, and had my entire main floor done in a DAY. I was absolutely shocked. The install was so bang on that even before the baseboards went back on, there were no gaps in the flooring to the wall. All the little angles around closets etc. were tight and seamless, and the overall look is...perfection. We adore our new floors, loved the suggestions for colours, and appreciate the quick and quality install, all for an extremely reasonable price. I have already recommended friends to them and will continue to do so -- could not be more pleased!

Impressed to find out they would install our previously purchased laminate flooring (many companies won’t). Excellent communication throughout the entire process. I decided to go with hardwood, as I’m not a fan of vinyl flooring, and after Back In Time Flooring showed us samples of Canadian made birch hardwood, I was convinced. Their craftsman and attention to detail is second to none.

I was giving up on finding someone to repair some water damage in my kitchen when I met Chris who was delivering to a house in our neighborhood.
