Helpful, good staff but not recommended for dogs or cats of very small sizes. Very limited on tiny animals.

It is very clean. There's not much help from the staff though. Every time I went, there was only one person and it was the cashier. However, I'm sure that if I had asked for help, I would've had some from the cashier as they're always friendly. But there's often 2-3 persons in line. They need to put more staffs out, and this is why they're losing a star.
