Kathleen introduced me to Botox & microneedling. I was a skeptic at first but am now a repeat customer! I’m thrilled with my results every time I visit her adorable, spotless clinic space, and have seen a noticeable improvement in my complexion using some of the products she recommended (in combination with my treatments). 10/10 would recommend this kind, professional nurse especially if you are new to cosmetic procedures and need a little extra reassurance through the process. Had my first treatment with Kathleen this week! It was my first time ever getting botox and definitely won’t be my last time with her. The process was quick and almost painless, she explained everything in a way I could understand and helped pin point my areas that needed work. Can’t wait for our next appt :)

I always have an amazing experience with Kathleen. She is so knowledgeable and always educates me on my skin needs. After being over treated many times at other clinics with Kathleen I get exactly what I want. Her clinic is beautiful and very clean.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Bloom Medic. Kathleen is a so talented at what she does and makes you feel comfortable with the entire process. She is calm and patient, answered all my questions and I left feeling confident and beautiful! My results were exactly what I wanted and I have returned consistently for more treatments and will be a patient for life!

Kathleen knows exactly what she is doing which is why today will be my second (and definitely not last) Botox session with her. She is attentive and professional.

So the first time I went here it was a decent experience. The next time I was not impressed......The nurse seems inexperienced and I wasn't overly satisfied with my treatment. There was a lot of brusing and swelling I never usually get and YES I have been to this clinic. I usually dont write reviews unless its really warranted. I wrote a review before and the owner had it removed. And clearly got her friends or other ppl she knows to write a bunch of 5 star" reviews to counter mine. I mean look at the timeline....really...As you can see as well there have been like 4 reviews in a very short span of time with 5 star ratings....that seems a bit odd....I'm simply reposting after my previous review was removed! You're the one with the influx of 5 star ratings. I notice you didn't reply to the other poster that gave you a negative review. Is she making it up too?"

Kathleen is an experienced NURSE doing her job correctly. I have never received botox in my life until last year when Kathleen did my first treatment. I felt super comfortable, and she was thorough and explained everything. Her knowledge, skill, and judgment in the asthetic industry are unremarkable. Again she is extremely talented and knowledgeable at what she does. Her work ethic and demeanor is top notch. She is also super funny!

Unfortunately my experience here wasn't a positive one. Kathleen had no ice packs for me to use after my procedure which seemed very unprofessional. Regardless I tipped her on top of the final cost before I saw the full result. After things settled for 2 weeks everything was weird.....Kathleen overfilled my lips and said the filler migrated" which I have never heard of before. I sent her photos and she agreed something was wrong. So I went back in to have some dissolved but she didn't even apologize. Obviously I wasn't happy.The filler she used on my cheeks lasted maybe 3 months too. This has not been my previous experiences with other nurses yet the cost was the same. When I sent photos to a nurse I used to go to (she has moved) she was really suprised...However

Kathleen was absolutely amazing! From being super gentle to making me feel comfortable, I could not have asked for better service. 10/10 would recommend!!
