Extremely bad customer service. My mom had order 4 dozen donuts for my engagement party, she got busy and forgot to pick them up, which is her fault. But she went in the next day they were open to pay for the 4 dozen donuts and after paying was told that the donuts were taken home, eaten and therefore she would not be given them or a refund. While it was our fault that we did not pick them up on the day specified, we did come in to pay for the product and received nothing. I will never be coming back after years of getting donuts, bread and other baked goods, this terrible experience has completely ruin my view of this business.

Great traditional bakery. If you have ever gone here as a child, it's the SAME! Most known for their sugar & jelly donuts. Give their round or high half loaf bread a try.Or the favorite of so many, the Chop Suey bread!!!

Best bakery I grew up with..highly recommend this spot, they only accept cash. I live in Florida, every time I visit my parents, I always stop by this spot. They bake donut, will melt in your mouth. Tasty eclair, cinnamon bun, bread loafs, etc!

Donuts were ok. Nothing special like I had hear before arriving. Very local bakery that has been here for many years. They must be doing something right, it was very busy. I would try the bread next time if I return

Great donuts, get there early or they will have run out. Squares and brownies are average. Bread is okay. The donuts are the real story here. Served warm and fragrant. Staff is brusque but not terrible. No seating but it is near a conservation area where you can sit and enjoy the amazing donuts. The donuts are worth the drive to Acton.

Be sure to get there early, because the good stuff sells out! Fabulous raspberry donuts, cookies, squares, meat pies ... everything you would expect from an old-fashioned bakery! They are cash only, but there is a bank literally around the corner.And to the person who complained that jelly donuts weren’t good the next day, that’s true. They are amazing fresh that morning. But their foods aren’t loaded with preservatives. That’s a plus to me!

Saunders Bakery offers breads, rolls, squares, tarts and cookies. It’s not a huge selection, but it’s all yummy. Make sure you have cash on hand as this is a cash-only business! The Jelly Donuts are always on our list when every we visit. Go early to get them warm and fresh (and before they sell out)!

One hasn't lived until you try the fresh jelly donuts at this bakery. It smells like heaven just walking in the door. Many delicious baked desserts and breads. The cinnamon buns are so yummy. Worth the drive from Guelph.

If you like tasty baked goods this place might be for you! The bread is excellent the sausage rolls amazing and the pie are delectable!! Everything is tasty and at a reasonable price. Go early or they will be sold out!

The bread is always so fresh. The donuts amazing and the biscuits perfect. This is a bakery that needs to be at the top of your day's destination. To wait until afternoon means all the good stuff might already be sold.
