waited three weeks to get my portable; unit replaced, hoses not replaced as needed, went to buy finger monitor price quoted $145.00 best unit on amazon looked th same $29.00, in store service is nonexistent

Ever since this business was bought out by Vital Aire, the customer service has gone into the toilet. I went in to get some small filters for my cpap machine. I must have stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and no one came to help me or even talked to me. They have this sign that says to take a seat and wait or to leave a note and they will get back to you. When, is the real question? So I can’t even go in to buy $40 of filters . And then a staff person had the audacity to say they were doing their best. Excuse me, this is not your best. This is terrible service. I will not be using this business in the future. And I certainly won’t recommend it to anyone else either. I wasn’t the only one in the store and the other customers were quite disgusted too! Prairie Oxygen, you need to do better!

Easy, kind, knowledgeable and made everything so smooth, No complaints at all. Appreciate all the help getting me all set up with my sleep CPAC machine. Get staff and Larissa was great to work with.

All the staff have been wonderful. In particular Trish was absolutely amazing to deal with. She helped walk through my treatment and got me set up with all the right equipment. She answered all my questions and was incredibly patient and kind.

Refered prarie oxygen from a friend. He mentioned they had mask exchanges. I bought a cushion to start with . Then emailed for a price and exchange if possible. Was told no credit no exchange , no refund. Once it's opened its you'res essentially .Go on prarie oxygen website they have a mask exchange policy for 30 days. They obviously don't honour it ! Over 300 bucks for a mask and no exchange no nothing.Drove up the street ! Medi gas . They have 3o day exchange. Which I didn't even ask aboutSo they have my business !

The whole process from start to finish was great! Trish was amazing with all the information on my CPAP test as well as purchasing my own unit. She made it easy for me to claim through insurance, answered all of my questions and encouraged me to call back if I had more questions. The front desk staff and everyone else I interacted with were great and the showroom had lots of stuff to check out.

Learn some manners/have a better attitudes. Called them, someone hung up the phone on me mid-sentence. Went to pick up my machine and was handed a machine and prompted out the door without any time to ask questions, being told to just “read the instructions in the box” from the same lady that hung up on me on the phone.

Called at 8:30 a.m. to find out if they had any portable oxygen machines in stock and was told they would call me back. Called again at 12:30 and was told the same thing. I called called their competitors got the information I need in 5 minutes. They never did call me back, terrible service.

This place has the worst customer service. Went in to buy a cannister of wipes to clean my husband's cpap mask. When I asked to pay for them the lady behind the counter said just a moment and went to a back office and spoke to someone, came back and said she will be with you shortly. I waited approx 15 minutes then I heard the person in the office was off the phone and I went up to the counter and said I think the girl in the office is off the phone now. The counter lady had been stacking paperwork the whole time I was waiting. She said just a minute, kept stacking and organizing her paperwork. Finally she said she could process the sale. I had just waited 15 minutes while she had been working and all along she could have processed the sale. cash sale. The customer service here is terrible and she was not polite or attentive at all.
