We received same day service from Cossack Appliance repair. The service charge was better than other places we called and he was able to get the parts and repair our Whirlpool fridge efficiently. We would definitely call Alex again.

I met Alex by chance when I had called Trail Appliances to set up a service call for my washer and since then he has become my go-to appliance repair man. During the pandemic (quarantine time in April 2020) my dishwasher broke. I called him and he came over right away, followed all safety protocols and had my dishwasher working in no time at all. He is prompt, reliable, fair, reasonable and overall a great appliance repairman. Thank you Alex so much for all your help!

Alex repaired my fridge last summer and it started leaking again so I called him. He responded quickly and was very professional in fixing it again, no charge. Wow. Now that’s what you call amazing service! You don’t see that often these days. I would highly recommend Alex’s services to friends and family.

Alex is a independent long time repairman...he replaced a pulley and belt on my 20 year old Kenmore Dryer....about an hour at our home....would recommend him...I like the small independent companies

Mr. Cossack is one of the most diligent service men. He is so quick to come by, so efficient in his work, is extremely polite and respectful. His customer service is excellent. He has worked on our washing machine, installed our overhead microwave and installed our ice maker line into the fridge. With just a photo of the make/model, he purchased all required parts and came by to install soon after. All of the work done at our home was without any issues. He also follows-up to ensure that you are satisfied. I highly recommend his services and will continue to use his business for years to come! Thank you Alex.
