Terrible place just went to return which i just bought and rejected saying there is a “scratch”.Terrible customer service and products i will never visit again.

I want to give them -5* . I bought a sun glasses one day ago from “Warren”and i want to exchange it next day as my wife did not like it on me. And when i hand over her the glass she scratched it and say we can not exchange it. The worst customer service ever. Do not go if you think you looking for best service.

Brennan was excellent in his customer service. Not only did he help me pick out an amazing sunglasses he took the time to explain everything and made sure the adjustments was perfect. He made sure I was happy before letting me leave.

Poor very poor service, I have bought over 6 pairs of glasses from them and last one was worth over $500 and they provide it a carry case that was generic to my believe and last me less than a year, so went back to ask to buy a new case to protect my glasses but they didn't want to help me claiming that each pair comes for each glasses when I know they sell cases and have genetic ones.... they lost our business.

Still has 15 minutes but not letting me insideService is really bad .they don’t have manners too. 2 ladies are so rude . I am regular customer I will not come this store anyt

Horrible experience. Would give 0 stars if I could.Was greeted and told that the whole store was 20% off and the was an additional discount if you bought 2 or more pairs. Spent 40 minutes debating between few pairs while an associate (at one point 2) stood so closely, me and my partner were getting uncomfortable... It was almost as they were surrounding us because they thought we were going to steal.Once I got the the register I was told that the discount didn't apply to the specific brand I was purchasing even though it wasn't mentioned the ENTIRE time I was in store. The salesman just said oh ya I forgot to tell you" and refused to honour it. I left the glasses as without the discount it would be an additional $130+ without the 20% I was told I would be receiving.I even went back and asked to speak to someone else about honouring the discount (I was told I would be getting)

Do not ever buy sunglass or any glasses from here. Worst experience ever! Bought one for my kid and we told them we will check if it's cover from our insurance. 10 days later we came back to return because it was not covered and they said they can't take it back, it has scratches. We didn't even open the packaging since we get it from their store. And its not even 30 days yet as per their return policy. They sold us the scratches one and blame their ex-employees who sold us which was recently left the company and didn't want to take responsibility of their mistake.If you ever decided to get one from them, please check 10 million times if they give you the scratches one and tried to make it look like it's your mistake! Guarantee you'll never get your money back! Minus 10 star for them

Such a poor service!Cashier refused to provide a $5 hardcover box for such an overly expensive sunglasses that cost me $350!
