Zero stars, really. Every single time I drive through, it takes forever to get through. There's always something malfunctioning or some excuse to take forever. Ridiculous service. Super annoying. Please never stop here. Save yourself, it's too late for me.

One month later: The cleanliness has improved and staff is making an effort to clean more regularly. It would be ideal to have someone solely assigned to this task.Previous review: Unfortunately the restaurant is never very clean at this location. The cleanliness has not improved; it is actually getting worse.

Placed order with the Timmy's app and went in the store to pickup my order. Waited a mobile pickup for 6 mins. Usually order is 2 mins. Noone acknowledged me waiting. Walked closer ti counter to get an employees attention to see my order was ready and tucked behind a sign. Not happy with service today. It was busy, but not one acknowledgement from an employee that I was there. Usually they are better. Food was good and order was correct.

I am a tourist and I thought maybe I could get a glass of ice. The worker informed me that it cost a dime. So I said really, and I wasn't gonna put a dime on my credit card, she was very nice and gave me one. Then when I was done, I tipped her an American 10 dollar bill. Thank you for helping me out.

Too much wait time, the quality of food and beverage is deteriorating day by day, customer service is horrible and getting poor, not courteous anymore, lot of time you need to remind them for napkins to include. Overall worth changing staff to improve quality and service level.

My husband and I came here today and asked for a chai tea “latte” with almond milk and they gave us a tea with milk and my husband went back to let them know his order was wrong and she asked for a 1.30$ for her mess up? Made no sense why we had to pay extra for her messing up the order.

This place is totally below the standard. I agree with all the negative comments here. Zero stars is what they get but Google don’t have this options. Tim Hortons has franchise their own brand to the wrong people. I won’t be returning and strongly don’t recommend anyone even line up for this place.

When I went there they had absolutely no donuts, not a one , except for timbits. They also had no cheese biscuits. The cupboards were bare we were very disappointed. The lady that served me was extremely pleasant.

Rude service from punjabi girls every time i go through drive through. maybe because i am a punjabi thats why they treat us with worst customer service every time.. akal haini ehna nu, apne lokan nu izzat de k raazi nahi eh !!!
