Absolutely gorgeous place to go swimming, people kayak people kayak. The water is really warm during the summer months and decently clean for being in Brantford.. In the center the Current is quite strong, comma so beware of that if young children are attending.. It's rock/sand bottom.

Decent spot to put in a kayak to go around the oxbow. Exit point is just before the bridge on the right. Paddle is just shy of 15km. Walk back to parking lot is 1.5km.

Amazing place to take the dog the kids or even a first date. Very chill people bring bbqs I just cooked on a open fire with a grill you can drive right down to the water aswell

Great fishing good place to swim and walk the dog Gravel is soft this year pulled out a few cars if you don't know what you're doing stay off the beach with your vehicle

Good swimming and fishing hole/spot.Gets a bit crowded, but lots of room.Some drive down a park next to the water.I'm not sure if bbqing is allowed, but people bring their own portable BBQ.

Amazing launch for a 15km kayak trip. Good parking, although small. Fully river rock so easy and clean. 10/10 would recommend!
