Very nice and professional people. Only rwpair centre in Canada. Finding the parking is tricky. It is free and at the back of the building. Just the Service cost $800 to $1000.

Rolex,I would like to thank the team at Rolex and the Service Manager, Raffi, for making my watch look and work like new again. The experience was great! My Rolex means the world to me. I bought this watch brand new in 1992 and I've only ever had it serviced at Rolex’s Saint Clair in Toronto.I am very happy with the service on my Rolex! See you at the next service so we can make my Rolex like new again (and because of my experience, my next watch will be another Rolex!).Thank you & best wishes,Stephen Krausch

You have to make a telephone appointment for everything but they do not answer their phone and you are always forced to leave a voicemail. If you have limited time to be available for call-backs it can be challenging to get an appointment arranged. Considering the prices they charge this is not acceptable service. In Geneva this would never be allowed.

Had a great experience leaving my GMTII in for service. Called, made an appointment, found a parking spot in the back of the building and was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. It took about 15 minutes for a tech to look over my watch and prepare a quote. I had the basic service and replaced my crystal as I had chipped my cylcops lens (a cheaper repair than I had anticipated). The service advisor suggested that it would take 4-6 weeks which was exactly how long I waited. They offer free FedEx delivery or an appointment to pick up your watch when it’s ready. My watch is now clean and polished and looking brand new. The leather travel case was a nice surprise!

The service and experience is top notch. I wouldn't have my Rolexs serviced anywhere else. You get what you pay for and peace of mind 1yr warranty. Tech inspected the watch when I arrived and was given a full assessment in 15 mins. Turn around time is 6 to 8 weeks. Can't wait till she's back on my wrist!!!*UPDATE*Received my watch 1 week sooner than anticipated. GREAT! Technician greets me and explains what they did with my watch. Even better! Fast forward 1 month. I come inside from playing with my kid outside in the sun. I notice that ONE (Hour hand) of my hands are illuminated. I think to myself that's strange... My hands are tritium and their glow has long extinguished. I take a closer look and realize that they changed one of my hands. Yikes!I was not made aware of this when I picked up the watch (See pic)Contact RSC and told to bring it back so they can fix in a few daysI drop it off right away (next day). Tech I spoke to before comes out and apologises. Long story short it shouldn't have happened, they are sorry, they will replace all the hands to match and will get the watch back to me ASAP. They were also going to ship it somewhere closer for me to pick up as it takes me an hour to get the the Toronto location. (Toronto is an hour away from Toronto)Fast forward 2.5 weeks... I call and give my service number asking about my watch mentioning it was supposed to be back to me in a few days. Receptionist tells me everyone is on lunch she will call me back as soon as the techs come back... No call back :(Now fast forward a week (3.5 weeks now) Call them again... Receptionist says they are busy with a lot of work (Understandable) but Mine was supposed to just have hands swapped (An error they made during the initial service) Work was to be expedited. After a short hold on the phone she tells me that it's done but they need to QC the watch over the weekend I should get a call next week for pick up.Fast forward to the next week (4 weeks now) Call them and they tell me watch will be shipped out that week and I can pick it up on weds or Thursday. I requested that if I could pick it up Thursday as I'll take the day off and make it a day trip with the family to the rolex store and ride the merry go round near by. They said not a problem! Now I call again 2 days later to make sure they have sent the watch... The response from the receptionist was that they have to keep the watch longer as it doesn't pass timing. My response was how was that possible as it already passed QC and it's been over a week since! (I expressed my frustration on how this has been a horrible experience all caused by their negligence with how they handled the servicing of my watch in the first place) OK... so now they promise me that I will get it back Friday. She said they will call me tomorrow (today as I write this updated review) I told her the last time I called and they said they would call me back no one did. She she said almost verbatimDon't worry I promise you I will call you with an update tomorrow 100%" Family outing day ruined :(Now today.... 5pm passes by RSC is closed and no call back. Not sure if I'm getting my watch back the next day now. Where is the customer service? I've already paid so I guess I don't matter anymore... That's probably not the case but that's how I felt.* UPDATE #2*They called me back :) They said they left me a voicemail the other day... Funny because I don't have voicemail lol! The 5 week delay was because I needed a spring bar and it had to be special ordered from Geneva because my watch is Platinum. Fine I guess they are made of white gold but still... Why couldn't this be communicated to me from the start or the 4 times I've called in the past 5 weeks? Instead I'm told this on the day my watch is ready for pick up. I wouldn't have called and just waited patiently if I knew... Just a frustrating experience for both parties that could have been solved with a little communication."

My watch brought to the service center on St. Clair for a new crystal, after almost an hour waiting, a technician came out said that a ctr ( complete technical revision ) is recommended. I told him that myself is a qualified watch maker the watch does not need a ctr. Once he heard it, he change his tongue quickly said that it's their policy, it has to have a ctr weather it is needed or not. They refuse to put in a crystal as request. WHAT A ROBBERY POLICY. I been robbed due to!!!!!!!!

If it were possible to give a 10 star rating I would. I brought a timepiece in for repair recently and my experience was amazing. From the time I placed the call to book the appointment to showing up at reception, the ladies(Anastasia and Linh-sorry if the spelling is off) were very polite and professional. The technician(Raffi) took the time to come out and speak with me and offer helpful advise. There is no wonder why Rolex is held to such a high standard in the watch world and why they employ people that are great ambassadors of the brand. Thanks again to the staff, it was a real pleasure!
