Great location, available parking, heated room. Personable instructor Nate was invested and supportive.....great rapport with learners. Instructional strategies were varied and interesting, and this was probably one of the best courses that I've attended for certification. Would highly recommend!!

They don’t answer their phone for the course it’s self. If you need to cancel or re-take one of their courses they won’t get back to your calls or emails. They’ll just take your money. Very disappointed with these guys.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Rebecca is a beyond amazing instructor and this training company provides more than what I could ever thank them for! My EMR course was extremely thorough and structured. So many additional resources and time put into the training. I have taken my EMR previously with another facility and it does not compare to this. Thank you Medi-Pro and Becca!

Medi-Pro First Aid Training
I have been trying to get a hold of medi-Pro for 2 weeks to get a refund 6 days after purchasing a course through them for a Red Cross course. I even had Red Cross CC them on an email and still no reply. Medi-Pro sure has no problem taking your money but when it comes to responding to customer support, they really drop the ball!

I also have tried calling & left a few voicemails as I was not able to finish my course as I got news my dad had passed & I had lots going on, I wanted to discuss if I can finish it, unless you guys are only interested in taking peoples money.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first signed up to take the EMR course here but after the first day I knew I made the right choice. Throughout the course the instructor was very helpful and made sure everyone understood what we were learning. I would definitely recommend taking any courses offered through medipro.

Course was a lot of fun. Instructors were very knowledgeable and work in the relevant industry ei BCAS and Fire. Learned lots in a short amount of time. Tons of props and real life scenarios. Can't wait to take my next course with MediPro.
