Cerwydden Seniors Community

My husband and I were reluctant to move his Mom out of our home. She became so happy moving here. She loves the staff and they love her.

Caring, warm, kind, compassionate, skilled staff who work very hard for clients and families. Facilities are clean and tidy, beautiful outdoor gardens/patios, lively events and activities for the residents. We're grateful!!! .....yet more staff are needed, VIHA.

The level of care at Cerwydden Seniors Community has deteriorated to the point where it is no longer the most sort after facility in this community . The staff shortage , especially at weekends and Statutory Holidays is deplorable . Most full time staff are exceptional and very caring , but get very tired . There are not enough activities offered throughout the week .There are no more bus outings . Four years ago , when my husband became a Resident , there was such a different atmosphere at Cerwydden . I believe it is all to do with the lack of recreational staff and a good variety of recreational activities . Unfortunately, I believe the Long Term Care Health Standards and Residential Care Regulations are not being met at Cerwydden Seniors Care Home .

Great place for the elders to live

Very nice place and supportive and caring staff. My mum who was always hesitant to go to seniors home, is now enjoying her stay and has made friends.

It's a great Extended Care Facility great staff and great activities

Never heard back from the place. Disappointed.seems unorganized

An elderly couple that my mom used to take care of have been here for a couple years now and it's nice place. Some of the nurses are great, friendly and supportive and the grounds are nice.
