Loomis Express

Such a pain dealing with Loomis. They call and say I am out of service area... I live in Kelowna. I ask why and they say their drivers don't want to drive there. (They don't want to do their job). I can't get things delivered to my house and their business hours make it impossible to pick up as they close at 3 and are not open on the weekend. How is anyone who works during the day supposed to get their stuff? Completely fed up with Loomis.

IMPORTANT: Never actually deliver any parcels. In the tracking details claim that you tried to deliver the parcel without success.3. Make the costumer pick up the parcel at your location.4. IMPORTANT: Do not notify the customers in any way that they have to pick up their parcel themselves (even if there is a phone number on the package). Make them figure it out themselves and if they take too long, ship the parcel back.5. Make sure that you hire unfriendly staff.6. IMPORTANT: Make sure your opening hours require your customers to take time off work to pick up their parcels. Thursdays from 11:00 am to 11:30 am would be a recommendation.

Delivery was late by 6 days, phoned ahead of time letting them know I didn't have a buzzer for my apartment so to call me 5 minutes before and I would come down and meet them at the door. They made no attempt to contact me and now I have to travel 8k to their depot to collect my item (heavy) without a carAwful customer service on the phone too. Oh and did I mention their tracking systems didn't work either. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Melissa is disrespectful to the workers, disrupts shipments, messes with schedules, abuses her power, threatens to take away hours for asking for a schedule change. Disgusting

Called me to come pickup parcel, neglected to give me store hours. They close at 3pm???? We went at 4pm, so it was closed.Beware, and good luck collecting your package! I will be complaining to the company who used this shipping agent. This was meant to be delivered to my door.

They deliver on behalf of Canpar (for Airmiles). Claimed to have had two delivery attempts, they didn't even come to the front door!! Security cameras showed them wandering around the back of the house(!?). No call, no contact, no attempted delivery notice, or follow up. Simply the worst. Impossible to arrange a pickup, and yes, closes at 3pm!!!

Horrible service. Package late by 2 days from due date. When it finally arrives delivery guy didn’t knock or ring doorbell and left a sticky tag saying no one is home (when 5 people were all home) he took the package back with him. This company is a joke. Can’t get through to anyone over the phone. Horrible service I would give 0 stars if possible. How are these guys still in business is beyond me.

0 stars if I could. Waited all day for delivery at home. Got an update to my tracking saying delivery attempted, was not home. Tag stuck on my door. Pickup hours are only available Mon - Fri during standard business hours, except not during lunch hours, because why would someone who works the same business hours have the audacity to come pick up during the only time of day they would be able to leave work.

This place closes at 3pm! No option for evening or weekend pick up. How do people who work M-F, 9-5 pick up their stuff?I received from Loomis regarding pick up and they were not polite or professional.

Thankfully the shipper provided Me with a tracking number! Online tracking said they had made three delivery attempts but I work from home and not only did Loomis not come to My home, but there was no notification that they had even tried ! Went to the local office to pick it up based on the online tracking and let's just say the customer service was exactly the same - nonexistent.
