We walked into this store at 8:30pm on a Friday evening. The store looked amazing and we found what we were looking for. Too bad the story doesn't end well. We went to the checkout and set our stuff on the counter. A staff member even saw us. The problem is, we stood at the checkout with absolutely no recognition from staff. After far too long and actually saying loudly, too bad store won't sell us this stuff!"I ended up lifting a shoe box up high and dropped it on the counter

Last week, my wife and I visited one of my friends in Waterloo who frequents Mark's at this location. She wanted to buy a clothing item, so we accompanied her.The Mark's at this location was not a sizable store; nevertheless, the store was pristine clean, and there was a variety of merchandise well organized in different areas.Although the employees were friendly and helpful, the lady at the check out counter was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful.She even gave discount to the goods my friend had bought the week before. My friend did not have the receipt, but the cashier tracked from the credit card, and on finding out her eligibility to get the discount, she refunded the money.We three were impressed by the commandable, exemplary customer service.

This store used to have good staff, but with a recent round of hiring, the new staff is wonderful!! Solid product knowledge, willing to help and follow up (but not hovering), easy to talk to, and very friendly.

I went this morning for work shoes.An assistant called Sam helped me.He should have 'best assistant of the year award. He was wonderful.I bought two pairs of work boots.He is the best.He should be informed of my review.

Lots of sales so pricing much more reasonable....most of the staff super helpful and friendly... Even on a busy day. Never seen the parking lot so full.No ladies long johns.aka thermal bottoms? Tho? Kinda weird for both a outdoor Workwear store and one located in the countryside.???
