From my first visited to now my fifth, I lean something new. Everyone in the store is more than willing to help and very knowledgeable about their products! I'm a forever customer as long as the customer service is maintained and the products remain as good as they are now.

Relaxing atmosphere and really kind employees. Tried their coco lips for the first time as I was looking for a natural non-irritating lip balm and was pleasantly surprised with the formula. Zero irritation and long-lasting hydration!

Went into the store today and was asked by Amber if we needed help, we kindly advised we were just looking around. She rudely rolled her eyes and walked away mocking us. Shocked and taken back by her unexpected reaction, we asked for the manager but were told manager was not on site, once we got to the counter, Amber ran to the back. We told the associate at cash of our encounter and she did not acknowledge our concern and take our complaint seriously. The encounter was completely uncalled for and left us confused. This kind of behaviour is not okay, especially working in retail, being kind to your customers is the bare minimum.

The products they are selling are great, however, customer service is not good. The staff looks at you as if they think you're not going to buy so they don't bother with you. I've been to low-end stores that have excellent customer service, so they need to amp-up their attitude if they want the common Joe/Jane to buy their products.

never shopping here again. I got a car diffuser kit for 20 bucks... it's just a piece of plastic with a pad in it.... I took the kit back because it was not worth it and i got questioned about it by 3 different staff members! so much attitude from one of the girls.

Great retail store for commercial essestional oil products, natural health remedies,etc. Expensive, know your stuff and educate yourself. Staff super friendly. I have purchased several products. Personally, I am sensitive and most products caused reaction. Maybe too over powering . The carrot lotion I loved but too strong and drying on hands. The pharmacy made me break out and have headaches, skin care caused same reactions, candles had no scents whilst burning which is odd. If you love it great. I do enjoy the diffuser I purchased.it emits a wonderful aromoa. But anything on skin be careful

I recent went shopping at the OC and went into Saje not knowing what to get my secret Santa as a gift. While I was browsing I approached by a saleswoman named Megan. She not only helped me find the perfect gift (the Wake up kit) but also showed me a few other products what worked as perfect gifts for my mother! her product knowledge, patients and kindness is something truly appreciated and I'd definitely recommend! Ask for Megan

Had a great experience here!I came in ready to do anything to get relief of a 5 day headache. The employee took no time to show me a product and applied it onto my head and neck while explaining what it should do and what I should start feeling. She was wonderful! I ended up buying a set of 3 oils to try. I'm very impressed and so far I am feeling a lot more relief from this product.

Went into Sage today. I have to drive an hour to get there. But it is worth it. The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable.. I love immune, love the smell of it so I always stock up. Girls loved my nails too. One girl rolled something on my neck, and felt and smelled awesome. I will call them tomorrow to find out what flavor it was. Keep it up safe, your doing an awesome job!!! And the best Customer Service ever.
