Truly an amazing facility. The coaches are very skilled and knowledgeable and great with kids! My daughter loves doing Muay Thai so much that she even had her birthday party there!

I've been going to Muay Thai Whitby as much as I can for atleast the last 6-7 months! There is nothing but positivity from coming here! Kru Rob Reid and his Staff are amazing and will help you achieve your goals from staying fit and learning self defense, to becoming one day a competitor in Muay Thai! They offer a great weekly schedule and will make u sweat, and change your life forever! I came in wanting to stay fit and defiantly had lost weight and gained muscle as well as now have a true love for the art of Muay Thai! Highly Recommend this place for anyone! Won't regret the amazing training and people!

I was invited to this great club to assist a friend teach a BJJ class. I was impressed with the respect, courtesy, and great work-ethic of the athletes and owner. When my daughter is old enough, I plan on signing her up for Muay Thai lessons and I am hoping there is space for her at this great club. **1 year later - I DID sign her up and she has grown so much as an athlete and as a person. Resilient, confident, and very very capable of taking care of herself. Something I could never have accomplished without Kru Rob, Coach Adio, and the great members. I am forever grateful.

My second family is here at Muay Thai Whitby. This place has taught me soo much more than how to punch, kick, knee and elbow; It has also taught me discipline, hard work and interpersonal skills. In this space you have your ego crushed, then rebuilt, then crushed again; and the cycle repeats itself subsequently shaping you into a better human being. Rob is a great instructor, fighter, friend and person. I recommend training to anyone and everyone. If you are in the Durham area then I recommend Muay Thai Whitby. All levels are welcome, everyone is treated equally and I can just about guarantee you will not find a more enjoyable way to work out anywhere else.
