Impark Lot #252

I don't go out often and found myself parking behind the Kelly o's building downtown Kelowna Saturday night. I was under the impression that parking on weekends and evenings downtown Kelowna was free, boy was I wrong. lot #252 is a disgrace to the downtown economy. With half the spots remaining open in the lot, I received a hefty ticket of $98.00 stating that the reason for this absurd amount was to cover the cost of lost revenue.lot charges $17 per two hours... so you can see where my confusion about lost revenue comes from. Now they also claim the amount is an alternative to having a vehicle towed, quick google search tells us this can be completed for $65. even to pay within a week of the ticket being issued there discount still makes the fee $86.47 for parking in a downtown lot for 45 mins. I am disgusted at the greed of this company, and will never be parking in another impark lot again. If I could give ZERO stars I would.
