One of the worst locations. Awful service. Employees clearly struggle with the ability to simply stand and breathe at the same time without being overwhelmed. It's no wonder they consistently get orders wrong. I'm surprised they have the mental capacity to dress themselves.

I like this Tim's because it is a central location for my friends and I, it has friendly staff, and the food is always good. I like the fireplace corner, which is great for some friends to catch up. I tried the new crushed pretzel chocolate donut, and Oh my goodness! It was a really great combination of sweet and salty. Delicious!

A lot of tim hortons seem to be going downhill and this one's one of them.. staff including managers just don't seem to care, always distracted, don't pay attention to customer, talking to other people.. order was wrong, food was cold.. and a cleaner really should be hired.

Aside from the fact that this Tim Hortons location does not feature a drive-thru, I think it is a satisfactory establishment to visit. The parking in front of the building is generally full, but the excess parking in the nearby plaza is more than enough to accommodate the demand. I was recently surprised by how early this particular location closes in the evening, but now that I'm aware of this, I won't make the same mistake twice.

Although i love Tim hortons but the only problem is that there’s bad customer service like there’s an employee who’s sooo mean and rude she gets you in a bad mood can you please fire her or I’m not coming back here like she seems so grouchy and grumpy even so mean and rude gosh I hate her so much I definitely recommend you do not come here cause there’s a cruel employee there go to different Tim hortons or a restaurant or a fast food restaurant just avoid bad customer service

This is my favorite Tim Hortons location in the area!No drive-thru means long lines are quick and efficient because all focus is directed towards one line.The staff is incredible, friendly and kind. Since every interaction is in store, you get to know them, which gives you a terrific sense of community. Plus, they learn what you order and it really speeds everything up.As of this morning, they removed the bulky plexiglass screens surrounding the registers, which is a wonderful improvement for those who use the app or like to pay with cash!

They never have the steak wrap available. Been here 3 times in a row with no luck. Plase figure out how to let people on the line know what's missing so we don't waste our time. UPDATE: I went again to this location and AGAIN did not have ingredients on hand for the item. WILL NOT GO EVER AGAIN

Very friendly very good customer service unlike the 1 on Victoria here there were only 2 servers but fast friendly and efficient
