Super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable employees. I stopped in one day because it's my local shop, and for the past couple of years I've kept coming back anytime I need parts, a fix, or just general bike advice.I would highly recommend.

The guys tuned up my bike, made a last minute “tighten” in front of me.My back wheel came off while on Lakeshore and fell over, the owner basically told me to fly a kite instead of taking ownership.Pathetic customer service , I’m not one to leave bad reviews

Fantastic bike store. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to get you back on the road. Have stopped in numerous times for parts and service and have *never* been disappointed. Highly recommended.

Awesome staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Walked in with a tire as I needed to replace my Presta valve. Had it done within a few minutes. Look forward to more business with them.

This shop is swell. Always kind service and solid, quality merchandise. Today I needed help with a few odd-spec bolts for my tandem. The nice chap at the service desk handed me a box of bolts and allowed me to poke through and find what I needed. No charge. Bike shops have it rough these days. We need to support good folks like these!

The friendliest personable shop in the area. Great groups of folks happy to help you out.I had some tires installed and wheel trued. Had it done in less than a couple hours. Costs have definitelygone up like all things lately. $335 later… but less than 15 minutes of riding the back tire burst flat out of nowhere.Walked it in the next morning and they repaired it on the spot in 10 minutes. Exactly what I hoped for after the sudden flat. Obviously a defective tube.Highly recommend shop!

Pretty bad overall experience at Brockton Cyclery. Brought in my bike a couple weeks ago and the brakes were not working. I admittedly have little knowledge about bikes so deferred to the mechanic. After a quick inspection that really only seemed to involve pumping the brakes, I was told that my brakes were seized and was quoted nearly $400 for new brakes and installation. Given that the bike was only worth about $600, I decided to not go through with the repair. After some research, I wondered whether the brakes were just out of fluid - turns out they just needed to be refilled. They are now working as good as new. Really disappointed that an expert wouldn't at least provide this as a possible fix. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly.

Got a flat fire while biking in the rain today and was in the neighbourhood. I gave them a call and was met with a very friendly and helpful greeting. No appointment required. Extremely fast service and their price for service was actually cheaper than I’m used to paying in the east end of downtown Toronto. I typically drop off my bike and expect a call the next day - these guys gave me same day service! Thanks for getting me back on the road so quickly. Great experience overall!
