I had a great experience with UPS battery center. My batteries arrived within 2 days and we're packed so perfectly that there was absolutely no way they would be damaged if the courier happened lose grip of the box I say this because the battery box itself weighed 75 lb so indeed it was not light for the courier to carry. I put the batteries in with no problem hooked them up charge them and they worked great.Pam

Ordered a 1U UPS battery on July 15. Stuck in processing on the website, sent email Aug 22 asking for update. Yael responded and said about a week. Oct 31 still not shipped and still showing processing, asked for a refund and purchased from another supplier.

I've done business with UPS Battery Center for almost 3 years. Bought the warranty for 1 of my batteries, and right near the end it had issues. They replaced it (shipped me a new one) right away at 0 cost.Their customer support has also been incredible. Answering my emails and 1,000 questions very fast, even on weekends.All this on top of offering the best price out there. Highly recommend, customer for life here.

This morning I ordered 4 replacement batteries for my Emmo Hornet. The total I was debited was $404.00Approx 2 hours later, UPS notifies me via email, that my order was closed". No explanation of what that meant so I called and find out they don't have my batteries in stock until August 2023What's upsetting to me is:Why did UPS debit my account and now hold up my funds for approx 5 more days as I wait for their refund. I'm not able to buy the batteries I need elsewhere because UPS took my money and charged me for product they don't even have.**They should ensure they can fill the order BEFORE charging for it!! UghhhOH

edit: The owner contacted me after I send them a email to cancel the order. He explained the situation and apologized to me. Then canceled the order as requested. Hopefully They can correct the error on the website so this will not happen again.I ordered a replacement battery on their website and decided to pick up the item at the store. What a bad idea. Because when I arrived at the store just 2 mins late from the scheduled time, the store was already closed. There was no warning during or after booking the pickup time that said the store would close after 5. Please remove the 5 pm time slot on your website for pickup.

I purchased a generator battery from them, through Amazon, and they shipped it out the next day. Their inquiry response was within a few minutes, and they seemed really pleased to see how happy I was to find a specific battery replacement for my Generac. I found the price to be way less than I was expecting, and I was thrilled. They seemed to share my joy. Definitely recommend this business, as they are a small business and their reputation is crucial to their prosperity.

Don't trust them. The batteries have no date and they refuse to provide the date of the batteries they sell. That's the reason behind the sale of their 2 and 3-year extra warranty.

Best prices in the GTA for all UPS/APC Batteries and replacements. Had issue with newly purchased battery so emailed their support and got quick responses from Anton.Brought in my unit + the old and new battery the following day for him to diagnose. Turns out my unit was dead and he offered to give me one of their other service units on hand as a gift.I also had inquiries about the other 2 Battery backups that I brought in and he was able to tell me which battery I needed and performed tests on each to ensure the batteries were good. Amazing customer service from Anton and the team. Online order for in store pickup was seamless.

I needed a battery for my alarm system, the staff at ups battery center was helpful and pleasant. After some time of the battery purchase, i was having an issue with a trouble light and there technicians helped me resolve the problem right away.
