A quiet terminal with a Cafe and gift shop. 20 min shuttle from main terminal at the moment the shuttle busses are every 30 minutes and not necessarily running to time. So allow extra time. Security was fast. Vancouver to Penticton flights now fly from here.

The signage sucks, lol. Was there to pick someone up and circled 3 times to get access to the right lane. It's easy to get out after going in circles 3 times though! Liked that they have designated lanes to park for a short duration and pick up passengers.

Very easy airport to get in and out of, only a few terminal Gates used for the smaller planes to access some of the smaller Islands in the outskirts of Vancouver BC. There is a small Cafe within the airport and it has Wi-Fi opens at 6 a.m. to actually get into the terminal.

People are far nicer now than they've ever been. Not sure it there was a change in employees or what but before one was very rude and needlessly singled me out as if I was poor JUST because I didn't have a looney for the luggage cart or a credit card.

I might say the price is not unreasonable for parking in the Vancouver area, however twice now I have received tickets after paying. I fly in and out for two weeks at a time very frequently and once using the paybyphone" app I was ticketed by impark. at that time I tried to reach out to impark to dispute my ticket

Wow! If you do a lot of traveling, you'll appreciate this tight little base. Very efficient, great cafe, and Pacific Coastal is an amazing local airline!
