Big Puppy love
This was my first time having my 2 pups stay with a boarder. They stayed with Rui for 6 days and I was beyond impressed with the love and care they got. I received updates and pictures everyday to ease my mind. Lots of dog walks, cuddles and care. I would highly recommend Big Puppy Love to anyone for their fur baby.

We have been nothing but impressed with Rui. He is an incredibly positive influence who takes pride in his work. You can tell from his updates and talking to him how much he cares. There are discounts for daily walk packages & communication has been amazing. We are happy we chose Rui & his service and look forward to being longtime clients

We were in search of someone who could let our dogs out in the middle of the day as well as give mid-day cuddles. Rui is absolutely wonderful with our dogs and goes above and beyond any expectation we had. Rui is incredibly friendly and understanding - he quickly won us over during our meet and greet! Our dogs instantly loved him. Personally, my favourite are the mid-day pictures I get which is a very nice touch! You will not be disappointed with hiring Big Puppy Love.

Rui has taken care of my 13 year Golden Retriever, on two separate occasions, and I couldn't have been happier with his care of my baby. My dog has some medical issues and requires medication and monitoring her activity, Rui made certain that all my instructions were followed and kept me updated throughout the time with him, even sending me pictures of my geriatric puppy to prove how calm and happy she was. I highly recommend Rui !!

I can't say enough good things about Rui. My dog is extremely anxious and he took his time with her and ensured she was comfortable with him. My dog doesn't like many people, but he did such a good job with her, I would for sure use his services again!!

This was my first time ever relying on dog boarding for my dog, who is rarely left without me. I was recommended Rui by a friend, feeling rather confident that he would be trustworthy and easy going with this whole process. Glad to say my intuition was absolutely right! My dog was clearly very happy to have stayed with them, despite how anxious he can get when I am away. Based on my first experience, along with the whole process of coordinating over text, I recommend Rui at Big Puppy Love tremendously.

I believe Rui is a good dog walker and can do very well with a low maintenance dog. However I would not recommend him to anyone who has a special needs dog. We tried our best to communicate everything ahead of time and had two “trial” boardings with him, we feel we have to “chase” him down to get updates about our dog from him.My dog just seems to be not doing well with him which never happens with our dog daycare and dog sitter before, it seems he may not have the time to pay enough attention unfortunately.

Rui has been a life saver! I know Oliver is in good hands and gets his walk in during the day. We moved to Elmvale recently but had a hard time finding someone in our area, luckily Rui was able to accommodate us. He visits our 10 month old American Bulldog daily and it’s easily Bauer’s favourite time of the day!Rui is always punctual and provides feedback & photos after Bauer’s walks. He brings his own pup Baloo, he and Bauer get along so well. Bauer is always ready for a long nap once he’s finished his time with Rui & Baloo, we look forward to continuing our relationship with them!It is definitely worth the investment, if you have a bored puppy at home definitely get in touch with Rui!
