I booked for the first aid training back in July 2021 for a date of August 29th -- I got there at the scheduled time of 9am. Many people were waiting as well. I waited until 10am. No instructor showed up, nor was there any communication. No one from the company was accessible on the day of the course for follow up.A menial 15% or 20% discount was offered for the inconvenience. That does not begin to compensate for an entire Sunday lost, the frustration of not being communicated to and the added frustration of rescheduling and having the instructor arrive late without notice.I rescheduled my course for October 3rd. I arrived at the scheduled time of 9am. Again several of us were waiting. at 9:30am the instructor showed up. Did not acknowledge he was late. A covid screening was not conducted. however at the very end of a 6 hour class, a covid screening form was given to everyone to complete - which was after the fact.The instructor himself taught very well.I am not impressed with this company, the communications and practices. Would not recommend based on reliability and lack of communication.

Jey is an amazing instructor and he is very friendly. The information provided was very informative. Demonstrators were very useful and helpful. He didn’t have an accent and was easy to understand.

I did CPR BLS and Jey was a great instructor. Had a lot of knowledge and made sure we learnt necessary skills.

My Training was canceled twice - First reason, they said, they didn't have enough people registered for the course.Second cancelation, they said, they can only accommodate 9 people in a classroom, but they made the mistake to book 10 people, and I am the 10th person. Therefore, they have cancel my registration.I have completed the course for more than a month haven't received my certificate ; I went online to download my certificate; There is no certificate to download.Called hundreds of times for support, there is no answer.

What a great experience. The instructions (Jay especially) made this course very informative and enjoyable. I now feel ready for any challenges that may come my way!
